They remade the oatmeal 3 times and it was soup. My daughter is on a bland diet and can’t eat anything so I asked nicely for less water and every time it came out as soup. I’ve had the best oatmeal at McDonald’s before and was really disappointed.

Ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals. Get down the road only to find out they didn't put any nuggets in the happy meals.... had to turn around and wait in line to get it corrected

I have ordered here multiple times over the last three years. Every week, like clockwork, they do SOMETHING wrong with the order.
I ask for extra bacon, they don't put any on the burger and charge me for the extra bacon. I ask for no pickles or onions, they leave the onions on, and don't even manage to get the bun onto the burger before wrapping it up. I ask for no ice in a drink, they load it with ice.
I can't recommend ever going here after 2pm. Otherwise your fries will be stale and your food will be in horrible condition, if not also wrong.

Got food the one day and don’t live far and completely cold couldn’t even eat it also didn’t get my other sandwich either never had an experience like this Standish McDonald’s. Manager was also not nice when speaking to her and her name is Amanda not very nice on phone when trying to talk to her about my experience and situation never eating at this shitty nasty place again very disappointed. Also wouldn’t recommend bothering talking to manager name Amanda if you have cold food or anything bc she was not nice and can’t give a refund or help anything to make this situation better for bad experience.

We ordered on the app and they were really good at giving us our food fast, but they forgot to give us our sauces and straws for our drinks. I can understand that people get get busy and forget, but they have forgotten almost every time we go there to give us our sauces, so one thing I personally think they can improve on is double checking that everything is there please.

We traveled to a Detroit Tigers game this past Sunday, September 30th. On our way we stopped for lunch at the Standish Michigan McDonald's. Our family of 7 was treated so kindly by a young man. He said he was 14! His work ethic and respectfully treatment of the customers there was so delightful! He inquired if there was anything else he could get for us or how he could better serve us! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING young boy!!! I think his name was Bradley...but not sure. Manager, give this boy kudos. He'll go far!
