Everything, and I mean everything was amazing. Stopped to have dinner while traveling for my nieces 13 birthday. Very accommodating to our hangry little ones. Great service. Great food. This was my first time here. It was a very cute diner in Standish. It was recommended that we stop here on the way back from our trip to traverse City. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We were in and out within 30 minutes, I kid you not! The food was hot when served and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend it.

Place is outdated. Cucumbers at the salad bar was damn near rotted. Looked like they have been bringing the same salad fixings out everyday for the last 3 weeks. Not fresh at all! Soup was obviously not made fresh. And its not safe practice to leave metal spoons in mayo and or dairy based salads and foods such as potato and mac salad and cottage cheese. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger. The description makes it sound like its home made. It was obviously a frozen burger patty that tasted worse than burger king! Why is an actual dine in family restaurant using frozen processed burger patties?Vegetarian options: Salad bar
