I order my sub with dressing and pickles on the side with the online app and I don't think they even read the comments because everytime that I get my sub the pickles and dressing is on the sub😡 I ask for that because I don't eat the sub until lunch the next day so my bread gets soggy and I don't even want to eat it. If I go inside I don't get the coupon as s you would ordering online very frustrating

Been out of pickles for 2 weeks now. Keep getting told they will be in in a couple days. I have been going into the Stanton subway about 3 times a week. At first I was understanding and just got lettuce and olives. But after going in today and being told that they will have pickles in a couple days for around the fifth time, I had enough and walked out. Stanton michigan subway sucks in more ways than not having toppings.

My review was removed for some reason. People need to know the truth. This isn’t the first time I have came in. This has happened most of the time the worker does not lie to me and they’re actually super busy inside. This is the second time the individual that is working has lied to me though The other day I was at Subway to place an order I went through the drive-through. The guy told me that he was busy 35 to 45 minutes later. Of waiting, I thought maybe he forgot About me So I was gonna pull around and then come back through so it would make his headphones go off When I did so, I looked in the windows and he was just standing there not a single customer in the building So then I pull back around why I pulled around the building. Another person pulled in. He made them wait 15 to 20 minutes to take their order mind you nobody was in the building placing orders. Then I pull back up and he asked me if I’m there for pick up or to order something and I said I’m here to order something. I was actually just waiting 45 minutes and I drove around the building to see how packed you were and I seen that there was nobody in there so I got back in line. He didn’t apologize. Explain what was taking so long or anything then when I post the truth on here, my review has been removed. The truth needs to be told provide better service.

They were out of mayo, oil and vinegar. And the lady who served us was rude and seemed very agitated. She sighed every time as asked for extra anything

I've walked out of here many times because only one person working and didn't want to wait 20 mins or more for a sub this time there where 2 who where nice but the food was crap. My untoasted sub was so hard I could knock on it, even though fresh bread was being pulled out. I honestly don't think I will go to this location again, or probably a subway for quite a while..

I'd give a better review had the employee that waited on me was not a person that should be working with customers, now as for the other short, blonde haired female that finished my order and rang it all up she was absolutely wonderful and deserves to be recognized as a customer oriented person! I'd give her 5/5 Stars 😁
Veggies always taste old to the point where they do not taste right. This subway is by far the worst subway I’ve went to, this is a problem every time i go.

Was just in there ordered two subs when I got home my sub bread was toasted but my meat was completely cold as if it was never heated up Then my stake it's like they only put half a cup of meat on my sub I highly recommend not using the drive through and going in because it's apparent they are only doing the minimal to get by and get a paycheck..
I love subway and have visited several. The sub artist was not very friendly, she acted like she really didn't want to be there. The food was very good and fresh

Woof.. the two working tonight are strugggggling! They say your toaster oven is broken, might want to fix that. Kind of an important part to the whole toasted subs option. Or put a sign out. They took half back to microwave… what a solution. *eyeroll. Waste of money.

I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review. I wish there was a no star option. I ordered curbside. Pick up time 6:20pm. I was there at 6:23pm. There was no customers inside and my food didn't come out. Another car pulled in next to me and was also waiting for food. At 6:36pm my boyfriend went in to see what was taking so long and the lady that was working but not actually doing anything said "did you have a pick?" His response was yes it was supposed to be brought to the car the message said please wait in your car. Her response "what's the name" he gave her the name she handed him our subs. Made the 10 minute drive home to find I have no cheese on my sub. My sub was not toasted and both of our subs were cold. I understand why you are hiring clearly good help is hard to find.
