I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review. I wish there was a no star option. I ordered curbside. Pick up time 6:20pm. I was there at 6:23pm. There was no customers inside and my food didn't come out. Another car pulled in next to me and was also waiting for food. At 6:36pm my boyfriend went in to see what was taking so long and the lady that was working but not actually doing anything said "did you have a pick?" His response was yes it was supposed to be brought to the car the message said please wait in your car. Her response "what's the name" he gave her the name she handed him our subs. Made the 10 minute drive home to find I have no cheese on my sub. My sub was not toasted and both of our subs were cold. I understand why you are hiring clearly good help is hard to find.

I ordered two sandwiches and both of them were absolutely beautiful and perfect.My sandwiches weren't messy at all, beautifully wrapped tight, toppings exactly correct.I rolled up exactly on time for my mobile order, maybe a couple minutes early, and it was ready and the staff were expecting me through the drive thru.The gal at the window was very friendly, everyone inside looked busy and on taskThank you for your good work, Subway! I'll be back soon. :)

So I came into the store, and I usually only eat the meatball marinara but unfortunately they were in the process of cooking some more meatballs so I got the Italian BMT and I’m a sauce guy so I asked them if they would modify it and put some of the meatball marinara sauce on it which they did for me and I thought that was great. It really lit up my day that they went out of the way to help me out. Been wanting to write this review for about a week now.

Very upset! Ordered food via the app at 8:30 ish asking for it to be done at 9:05pm, both google and the app say open until 9:30pm. Girlfriend shows up at 9:03 and the lights are off doors locked nobody even answering the phone. Nobody thought to call me if deciding to close early so I could at least get my money back? No instead left in the dark only option is to submit some stupid ticket on the website. No customer service whatsoever. Will be calling back tomorrow for my money!

This is probably the dirtiest Subway I’ve seen outside of the Deep South. The counter behind the glass never looks wiped down, and when workers lift it up to push crumbs down the trash chute, there is nasty crud. My sandwich artist lifted the counter, touched underneath it where all the crud was and then pushed crumbs from other sandwiches (who knows how old) down the trash. She then proceeded to continue making my sandwich without changing her gloves. When I complained, she politely offered to remake it but I was too grossed out and lost my appetite (I still paid for the sandwich and threw it away in the restaurant’s trash). Additionally, the veggies always have droppings of other vegetables inside of them; the meat, if overflowing, is hanging over into other meat trays. I’d be worried about cross contamination. Service is hit or miss.

This place, I don’t even know how they stay open. The only time it’s good is if Taylor or Alex make your sub and that if the ingredients aren’t bad. I spend around $10 a sub and they always mess it up if you’re not constantly saying something. Not to mention ordering on the app, that’s even worse. They mess up every order. I also never get any refund or any apologies. The cockroach infestation also just proves they don’t care. Apparently the cockroaches have been there awhile, just found out not too long ago. Very disappointing and disgusting. If you eat here you probably shouldn’t anymore. Management is terrible. Not to mention watching lium makes a sub is terrifying, burning himself and others. Very dangerous for customers and employees as he throws stuff around. Every time he makes a sub it’s inedible.

Evert time I order on the app my order is always messed up some how and I never get refunded in anyway for it. I'm just told it's out of their hands and if I'm lucky sorry. Also they offer sandwiches on their app that they can't make like thw melt which is 4 dollars more then the sandwich which they will make u and no they will not give u your money back for the difference. They will tell u they added the cheese and that's the only difference as well as how it is cooked. With no proof that that is what they did. I paid 14 for a 9 dollar sandwich that they offered and never even called to tell me they were changing out.
