Mancino’s Pizza and Grinders

1st not sure this was mancinos, signs said lakeside pizza and grinders. Either way they had a pretty big order ready in 20-25 minutes. Everything was spot on, hot and delicious. Couldn't say much about the atmosphere because I ordered to go. Staff was great though!

Called on October 11th, at 7:18pm, to place an order for a 14 inch pepperoni pizza, and a "Fred Bread". Called again at 7:21 to confirm the order since it was in route to the way home.

Was told 25-35 minute wait...upon arriving 40 minutes later shortly after 8, I was told that my pizza was never put in the oven, because "they never recieved an order". No wonder your reviews are so low...your staff cannot keep up with orders. Do not count on them for on-time service, or customer service therefore...as I was not offered a solution to this.

Almost sent me with an empty pizza box. Forgot the extra sauce I paid for and!!!!!! The "garlic bread" was but end pieces of grinder bread with hardly any cheese. I took pics but won't let me post. I wouldn't recommend... 1/10

Ordered a couple of pepperoni pizzas. Very little topping, very little cheese, super bland, dry and chewy. It reminded me of frozen walmart pizza, but worse. It's by far the worst pizza I have had at a place that makes pizza. Grinders are awesome.

We get grinders here often. We have previously been unsatisfied, but went back because of convenience. They have many signs up saying if you buy one whole grinder the next one is 50% off. 3 grinders were $54. I realized it should have been less and asked and she claimed I did not get the deal because I did not request it. And then, even though I was asking she acted like“oh well! You lose!” That is not customer service.
