This business does not care about their customers. On Google on Memorial Day it said they were open so I went on their website and I ordered food and I ordered a considerable amount. They charged my credit card. I get to the establishment and they’re closed. They gave me the hardest time of refunding my money and still have not refunded it. Ordered via grubhub. Items arrived but missing the chorizo queso dip and chips. Husband called to get a refund for the undelivered food (mistakes happen) and was told to call back later as they were too busy to deal with the situation. No apologies, no offer to rectify the problem. Husband called back and the woman who answered provided a refund for the dip and chips. The food was great, however they forgot an entire meal in our order and when I went in to the restaurant the next day to ask for a refund they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. So then when I explained everything in Spanish to them, they then ignored me and the owner Jose is refusing to give me a refund. We will not return.
