Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waited an hour and a half for food that was barely warm, dry, and had no sauce. Waitress got several other customers orders wrong and the restaurant was not full by any means. I work in food service and I’d be incredibly embarrassed if this was my restaurant.

Poor experience. Beer tasted old (Stella). Pasta was undercooked. If you can’t do pasta right, might as well close the doors.

came into Applebee’s. Chelsea made the best drinks. Jacqueline was a great serve server and Sophia was an amazing boss.

Amazing experience! Sophia is a wonderful manager—super welcoming and on top of everything. Lyssa was an outstanding server, friendly and attentive. Great place overall. Highly recommend!

Came in w/ the fam, very kind waitress, I believe her name was Lyssa or Alyssa? She was very patient and got our orders just right. The food was good as well, props to the cook! Probably one of my favorite Applebees by far :D

My server, Adrianna, was so sweet and just absolutely amazing. I ordered the chicken parm, and she assisted with all of my questions and concerns with the best hospitality and kindness.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s! The food was fresh and flavorful—I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, and it was perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and attentive, though the wait time was a bit longer than expected. The atmosphere was cozy, making it a great spot for a casual dinner. Overall, a solid choice for good food and a relaxed dining experience.

Had the 9.99 special, worst burger I have ever had. Dry, no taste,had to dig to find pickle/onion. Now I know why only 9.99. Service was terrible. Wanted more fries but got tired of waiting and family and I left.

Food was so so . Alfredo was dry. Salad dressing had no flavor. The Bourbon Chicken and shrimp was fabulous.
Kailee was great as a server.

I wish I could give it all a zero the worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. Nothing like the Apple beers near my home. Never again wouldn’t recommend it. It was noisy. The food was horrible. The chicken was like rubber. You couldn’t even pull it apart no one refilled the coffee. They left dirty dishes when they brought the food they left the appetizer plates, they had three hostess did nothing but look at you while you eat giggle and make comments 3 feet away. Disgusting disgusting.

Since I've started traveling around for work I find myself gravitating to Applebee's quite a bit. The reason is consistency. I can count on my burger being cooked properly, or my wings being crispy. I have very specific dietary needs and when I stop at Applebee's I feel confident they will be met.

What can make it break a score for an Applebee's is service and cleanliness. For this location both the dining area and the facilities were clean.
