I was in the drive through at 10:05 am. The store was supposed to open at 10:00 am . A young man said they are not open yet. I said I thought you opened at 10:00. He said we do but we are not open yet. I asked when they are opening. He said in about ten to 15 minutes I did not know staff got to choose when the store was open. I wasted my time going to this store. I then went to the Van Dyke store and I got a classic roast beef sandwich. The bun was stale and hard. You can do better Arbys!

Ordered the 5 piece steak bites because they looked delicious in the commercial. What we got looked and tasted like some bad bbq burnt ends at best. They charged $8.69 for this.
Also ordered 2 roast beef sandwich and the buns were stale. Just a reminder why we haven’t been here in a while and why we won’t be back.

My turkey sandwich had 2 slices of turkey on it, made very sloppy. When o get it on 23 mile it’s neat and sliced in half. The cook needs a class in food presentation because my husbands steaks bites were dried out and his gobbler was dry. When the guy brought the bag with our food to the cashier he just dropped it on the countertop. I was on my way to an event so no time to turn around just tossed out everything except fries and drinks when we reached our destination. Very disappointed

10/22/25 9pm. Was told that they were out of fries.. Out of fries... at a fast food restaurant. You are in a plaza with a dying Kroger and have had a vacant lot next to you for years. If you have any interest in keeping your jobs and this location open, you might want to get your stuff together.

Pulled to try the new steak nuggets, as I drove around to the drive thru I saw the place was absolutely deserted, not a single customer. There's a second entrance to the drive thru from the strip mall parking lot, so a car got in front of me as I came around. It took them a few minutes to order, but I had my radio on so I didn't hear why. I pulled up to the speaker and was immediately told to look over the menu for a second and they'd be right with me. WTH? You have 1 order right now!!! I waited about 3 minutes and took. Absolutely ridiculous they couldn't take my order.

I get dinner here very frequently and always am more than enthused with the quality of food and service. There’s always smiling friendly faces and always great order accuracy with the best quality. My favorite place to grab a quick dinner, thank you guys -Mr. AcDelco

I would give zero stars for Drive thru service.. 2nd time tonight I have been there before close all light on menu board , sign by road etc . 2 other cars in front of me and no answer at the speaker box. Not even a sorry we are closed early no nothing. Again this is the 2nd time I have been before close. Half hr before 10 pm tonight and the other time I was pulling up at 9:45 pm.

I asked for cheese on 2 of my roast beef’s (which they charged be $.50ea for) and non had it, fries were cold and my Coke had no carbonation and was $3.00 for a fountain drink!! This is one of the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to.

I stopped by Arby's on the way home. Went thru drive thru and was told that I could not order, so went inside. Went to the counter and saw cash register draws stacked. I asked the counter person if he was ready take an order. He said yes and took my order. I asked when they close, he said 10pm and was getting to close, it was 9:30pm. I ordered the advertised big cheese steak sandwich. Well, it turned out to be more accurately the tiny cheese steak sandwich! The bun overwhelmed the meat. All I could taste was roll. $7.99 for basically a roll is horribly overpriced. Please be aware. I love their roast beef sandwich, but the Cheese steak is a bust!!

I ordered the new steak cheese sandwich because it looks so good on the commercial. I received it and it was flat with hardly any meat inside of it. The french fries were cold and I ordered a cherry turnover and of course I received Apple. I'll never go back to Arby's again. Terrible food!
