Ordered pick-up. NEVER AGAIN! Normally, food here is pretty good. When we got home to eat (less than 5 min drive) buns 🙃 😅 were hard & icky -- obviously old. Blech! I'll never order from this location again! It's gone WAY downhill!
Wanted to add -- I ended up eating just the insides and added LOTS of Arby's/Horsey sauce 😋 and it was only ok. I've been reading other reviews and obviously (owner) is AI It thanked someone who had a bad review! Don't expect things to get better w/your post 😞

Today, I indulged in a classic beef and cheddar and a Jamoca shake - a nostalgic combo that never disappoints.
The sandwich was a masterpiece of salty, savory perfection, while the shake was a creamy, chocolatey dream.
Arby's is always a great place to grab lunch.

This place is the best fast food in the area. Been to A LOT of them. Ate in. Bathroom was immaculate, as was the eating area. They were super busy, & the communication, team work, & hard work is apparent. The food is fresh. 5 Star, no doubt.

Every time I order here it's wrong. My last order was so messed up that I called the store to let them know, but the manager Charlie blamed it all on grubhub. I only ordered it 25 mins prior to it arriving, so there's no possible way my chicken dried out to that extent in that amount of time. Grub hub is also not the reason why you made my wrap with the wrong sauce, gave me a cold cheese cup, a dried out chicken slider, potato cakes that weren't cooked thru and no Arby's sauce or ketchup that I asked for. It's your fault ARBY'S! After the manager blamed it all on Grubhub (she went on for a few minutes on why it was their fault), she said I could ask grubhub for a refund or come to the store to have my food replaced. People get food delivered because they can't leave where they are most of the time and that's why it's frustrating when the order gets messed up. I used to work at this location and this is not how things were ran or handled. A manager who can't take responsibility for her/her crews mistake shouldn't be in that position. I get it, mistakes happen, we're human, but to mess up literally the entire order and take no accountability, that's just showing me lack of effort and care. Will never order from here again.
