I've actually never dined in here, but they have always been so nice when I pick up food to go. And best part I've never had a bad meal. Everything always tastes delicious and they do a good job of adjusting the spice levels to your liking.

Haven't eaten there in a number years. The dish my sister Cheryll and myself would get, beef with broccoli and carrots with oyster sauce. Stopped by yesterday for carry out. What happened? It was oily and couldn't even taste the oyster sauce. It now says on the menu beef and broccoli with brown gravy. I did ask it if it's oyster sauce, I was told yes for color. Sorry, I was so disappointed. I lost my sister 2 years ago. I told my youngest about this place and he wanted to try it. I learned how to make this,years ago. He said mines 100 times better. The Satay, is different even the peanut sauce. I went there in remembrance of my sister, for old times sake. She would have been disappointed. She moved out oo the area a long time ago, it's one of the last places we went to before she moved

The service and the restaurant itself were excellent. However, the soup we ordered was not to our taste, and the fried rice was just average. Additionally, there wasn't a kids' menu available, which could be a drawback for families with young children. Overall, while the service was great, the restaurant didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of food offerings.

We have been to this restaurant many times but never had this bitter experience before. We ordered Pad Thai with no meat and mentioned eggs are ok. But the waitress never asked about veggies in particular and it was assumed that if we say no meat it means no veggies as well. What the heck?? When we tried to ask the waitress she is not ready to respond politely instead kept saying "you said no meat so no veggies." The waitress called the manager to talk and she repeats the same non-sense. Where in the world does no meat means no veggies? Overall a very rude behavior and we had to compromise on our veggies and just had to eat the plain noodles instead. I would suggest the waitresses here to learn to take orders first by asking a couple extra questions/options which is necessary!

Terrible Thai tea! It tasted like liquid sugar. I know Thai tea is sweet but it shouldn’t take like that. I’ve had the Thai tea from other Bangkok locations and it definitely doesn’t taste like liquid sugar. I asked for them to remake it and they told me all they could do was give me more ice….

Been going here for many years but only recently started having issues. They've given me dishes multiple times missing meat when it was clearly ordered and on the receipt. After telling them, they didn't believe me. Food is usually pretty good with only a couple times being not-eatable. Price seems a tad high as well

I placed a carry out order when I arrived to the restaurant I asked if I could eat my food in the dining area I was denied. The workers told me to eat my food in my car. I would never patronize this unprofessional rude establishment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible—lacking flavor and poorly prepared. I brought my concerns to the waitress, but she didn’t seem interested in addressing them or making any effort to improve the situation for future visits. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning.
