About 4 months ago, I posted a review with 1 star due to their ice cream not tasting good compared to the other Baskin Robin locations. Well, I recently decided to give them another try 3x this month and it was very good. Seems like they're getting it together!

DON'T EAT HERE! Maggots were in my Dunkin peanut donuts and lumps of hard ice in my coconut icecream, which was likely old. Under staffed and unclean...two guys trying to run an entire restaurant. I'll be contacting the health department. See photos and video.

Would give 0 stars if google reviews allow it. Walk in was closed so used the drive thru. Asked for a matcha green tea scoop that was on the website. Was told it wasnt available so we asked her what flavours were available just to be told to check the website. So we ask for the Oreo one which also wasnt available. There were cars behind us so we left. The people at the window looked disinterested. Terrible customer service!

Went into this store 6/3/25 around 6:45 pm to get a mint chocolate chip shake, butter pecan ice-cream and a treat for my son.... No butter pecan ice-cream, and, although there was just enough to do a shake, the dude refused to make it. We walked out. Don't waste your time...

their ice cream sucks, sorry ! kids in there were nice but just go to coldstone or dairy queen. better and more options, itll actually taste good and its the same price! threw 1 of the 2 ice creams we bought in the trash after the first bite. stomached the second one together so it wasnt a total waste of $11

This location is the worst location. I will never purchase anything from Baskin Robbins after dealing with the Sterling Heights location. Someone failed to properly train this horrible employee Shahsin. And if he’s the owner shame on him. I don’t care what the excuse is but shouldn’t be such a hassle to contact a company. From the start trying to get ahold of this location was bizarre…. countless calls with no answer and NO option to leave a voicemail for a return call.i literally just tried calling and surprise surprise NO ANSWER & no voicemail still over 2 weeks later. I had to email Corporate Baskin Robbins!!!!!!!! someone so graciously texted about my order (very unprofessional)no apology or acknowledgment (very unprofessional) for the time it took me trying to get ahold of YOUR business to make YOU money…..then he never confirms so I texted back regarding the date change of the order. Then he sends a horrible nasty text to my personal phone! I’m over it at this point for a $60 small cake. Makes sense why this store has a 2 star review with over 140 reviews. This store deserves to close. If they choose to run their “business” this way I wouldn’t eat anything from there.

Baskin robins had gone so down hill. I got a cake from a location a year or two ago a great ice cream roll cake. Been craving for years. I try to call to order the cake. And no one can even understand English. I tried to go in person and they tell me I have to order through the app. Then they tell me they don’t make cakes on weekends. Just a joke. Save your money and support some one else
My wife went to get a quart of jamocha ice cream and per the sign it is supposed to be 28 Oz Now it was only 21 Oz and I checked this on a digital scale. I tried to call and no one answers and you can't leave a message because it's full. And last time I checked a quart is 32 ounces so they are ripping you off from the start!

Worst customer service. Cakes look terrible. They don't answer their phone and lied saying they don't have one while I could hear it ringing nonstop. Made me never want to try another baskin Robbins again for a special occasion... only any occasion for c that matter. Id recommend a professional bakery for future needs.

Worst location. Drinks are never good. Wont give you your money back for making you $7 WATER. 16 and dequindre location is much better. Ive given them more than a few chances. Never again.

Make sure you check your food they forgot to put sausage. On my sandwich the also did not add the extra shots of espresso that I payed for in my drink

I have been a regular visitor of this store at Dequinder and 16 mile alot, since recently the quality of sevice and cleanliness of this store has deteriorated to the worst. Today there were 6 customers were waiting and the server was busy in washing the pots which should have been washed when ther were no customers. Also the floors were really dirty and greasy and dirty. The vanilla ice cream tub had a scoop of someotgwr flavor was sitting on it. Will try some other store instead of going here.
