I love this place! They have the drink I love which is the butter bear frozen neutral base! But the customer service I got was amazing. This girl named Abby worked the drive through window when I went and I was just having a bad day and I remember her just asking me how my day was and just having a small conversation with me and she was super super sweet! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I came from out of state and was looking for an easy coffee place. This has such a better vibe than Starbucks etc. Way more fun options too. Staff seemed to actually enjoy their job.
I usually stop here Thursday afternoons (3:00-4:00 pm) on my way to work. I love Biggby drinks, but this location is especially excellent with customer service. Never had a bad experience here, truly the nicest employees ever.
