Been here twice in the last few weeks. Both times the service was rough. Food is solid and the beer is great. My wife ordered the soup and salad combo. It’s a bowl of soup with a starter salad. She charged us for each separately and indicated it was on the weekend only. She’s referring to the deal where you get a cookie with your meal M-F not the straight up combo on the menu.
She was 100% certain she was right so I gave in.

Looking back she was wrong and the fact that she didn’t even try to look is frustrating.

The overall experience was nice. I sat at the bar and was greeted within 5 minutes. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the sirloin dinner with mash potatoes and ceaser salad. My food didn't take long at all to come out. Of course the salad was first,as I was finishing up, the steak and potatoes made an appearance. The potatoes were very favorful, the steak however was a let down. It was almost football shaped,as if it was cut from a larger piece of meat, so I already knew it was going to be tight. Sure enough it was, they cooked it medium like I requested, but the quality wasn't there. It ate chewy and cut like it was full of gristle. The outside of the steak was seasoned, but it didn't find its way to the middle. I understand this a brewhouse, but if you're going to serve streak, please use a better cut. I'll order chicken wings next time.

We went here for dinner tonight and WILL NEVER BE BACK. The appetizers were cold and one of the entrees had a hair in it. The manager never once apologized for it. She just looked at me like it’s happened before…. I’m sure it has based on the crappy reviews this place has.

I wanted to share my experience during a recent work outing where Kristina M. was our server. I really appreciate her effort to accommodate our large group of 16; that can be quite a challenge!

The wait for seating was about 30 minutes, followed by another 30 to 60 minutes for our food, which I completely understand given the size of our party. However, when the meals were served, I noticed that mine was missing. I waited patiently, understanding how busy she was, but I couldn’t help but notice she seemed to be sitting down and chatting with some friends instead of checking on the rest of us.

Eventually, when I inquired about my order, I asked Kristina to remove it from my bill since everyone was almost finished eating by that point, and I felt it would be too late for dessert. Her response caught me off guard; she mentioned she hadn’t rung it in. I wish she had communicated that to me earlier instead of making me wait.

Overall, while I appreciate the effort made by Kristina and understand that things can get hectic, clearer communication would have made this experience much better.
