Went here a few days ago with my boyfriend and he got food poisoning here. He had wings and like an hour or two later he started having stomach cramps and nausea and he threw it all up in the parking lot. He hadn’t eaten anything for a few hours beforehand, so we knew it was the food here. He’s been deathly ill for a few days and had to go to urgent care for dehydration from throwing up so much and having diarrhea. Management wasn’t very kind or caring when he called to report it and for a refund. He had to miss work and spent $80 at urgent care for zofran and anti nausea meds because he was so sick he couldn’t keep water down. I do not recommend this location.

Ordered wedges and wings for pick up.
There was no wedges in the package. Very disappointed. They only offer store credit and no online refund. Stay away !

Asked for wings well done, they were served completely over cooked and dehydrated. My brother asked for no sauce on his wrap 3 times, it in fact came out with sauce on it. Waitress was inattentive, definitely do not prefer this location

came in a few weeks ago with my girlfriend and forgot to write this but i just remembered how good the service was with michael, michael was literally the best server i’ve had ever.. it was really packed but michael was communicative and very attentive, deserves a raise fs

This is the worst place I've ever been. I ordered chicken wings off the Internet, but there's no sauce. buffalo wing doesn't serve sauce.

I visited this BWW for the 2nd time tonight. I went I and ordered take-out. I got the Thursday BOGO Boneless Wings. Order is always correct. Food was delicious and they included a generous helping of carrots and celery.

Usually like to take advantage of the bogo wing deals, tonight however is not what I was expecting. Got to the restaurant and had to wait for my order about 10 minutes (no big deal I ordered on my way home from work) but when we get home my wings are stone cold! How do I wait for my food, drive 5 minutes home and all my food feels like it sat out for an hour? Very disappointing because I like coming to this location but might be looking elsewhere.

Headed your way at 10:15ish got there around 10:25 just to be told that the kitchen is no longer serving food and our pick up orders were moved to the morning. The girl at the take out counter just kept saying “yeaahhh so” until I finally asked if it can just be refunded. At which point I was told that would also have to wait until morning. Meanwhile guests are walking in ordering food at tables, and two other pick up orders waiting on the shelf. Not sure how this is possible if your kitchen closes an hour before your restaurant closes . The whole situation is ridiculous, I woke up craving a buffalo chicken wrap and ended up having to take a loss of $28 “for the night” and spending even more money elsewhere.

Ordered plain wings with fries.
The wings tasted like they were sitting out a while. Maybe all the wings need a sauce but I like to have a few plain with rance. First time there and wasn't really impressed.

Very disappointed with our experience. We placed an order online and when my husband went to pick it up they didn’t have our sides in the bag. No big deal. But when opening the food everything was extremely dry with no sauce. We ordered boneless Asian zing and spicy garlic that looked like they had no sauce whatsoever. Very small portions. Not worth the money AT ALL. Used to absolutely love this place but it has really went downhill. Would not recommend

Ordered take out online. Picked it up. Get home in the driveway and get the dreaded call(15 minutes later) that we were given the wrong order. I was given a few options and ultimately i opted for them to make the order fresh (debatable it was) and I’d be back with the wrong order(they wanted it back, odd). Major inconvenience IMO and I contemplated on making a stink. Ultimately I didn’t because it was a long day and really I should not have had to. The manager should have comp me without me asking. Nothing though, not even the thought of just giving me my old order on top of the supposed new one. Or even keeping the other customers order because what are they going to do with it? Maybe a gift card? Something?? To top it off the order wasn’t right again. There was no sauce on the boneless wings. Just two tiny dipping containers(I mean tiny). The wings both boneless and boned were tiny and dry. The French fries cold and soggy.

First off food was fantastic I haven’t had this good of a bdubs meals in years. Now Scott was amazing very attentive very kind made sure me and my crew were very satisfied and happy. If you get Scott you will be in great hands!
