I come here quite often like once a week maybe twice sometimes the food is good sometimes it’s not but tonight was horrible we waited almost 20 mins in drive through just to eat cold food. The fries weren’t fresh and had waaaay too much salt on them. Whoppers aren’t the same anymore they were flat as pancakes smh. Cheese sticks were fresh but you have to eat those soon as you get them. The workers are always pleasant. 1-24-25

1-22-25 the manager is terrible and the drive thru red hair girl is an idiot! Food was cold. Go somewhere else.

Manager is very rude, taking my order was like talking to a wall, i had to repeat everything twice, terrible! Wouldn't let me adjust my order either even tho I didn't pay yet. She said there too busy but only one car was behind me & almost nobody inside.
I stopped here before heading to work, looking to satisfy my taste buds with a whooper. So much in the news about the quarter pounder, so I decided to get something better...A Whooper! Well, never again. An im starting to wonder if this particular location has "special gifts" for people like me. I was very impressed by the newly remodeled restaurant. I couldn't wait to bring my family next time, so I thought. I walked in the restaurant and up to the counter and I got a, "Just a moment" as she walked away. She went to the back to prepare food for the drive thru which was swamped. I was on a time restraint but I wait and she came back to take my order. WHOOPER WITH A SMALL FRY... She went to the back to assist the lady making the sandwiches and i saw her start mine. We'll. I vomiting profusely and I have diarrhea, while at work. My co workers were very concerned and I told them what happened. Needless to say everyone i told here a the plant (auto) said they won't be going to this location. Word spreads like wildfire. I saw another person had a similar experience with diarrhea and vomiting.

This Burger King was beautiful inside very well done the food was good. The staff was awesome. I will tell you the cheesy tots are back, but they are not the OG cheesy tots. The first year they had cheesy tots. They were amazing the next year that they ran them. They ran cheesy tots with jalapeño they were a little too spicy this year. They bring back the cheesy tots. They are not cheesy tots that we seen the first year. These ones weren’t bad overall, but they weren’t ultimately desirable.

You know when you go out to eat fast food and there’s some franchises that you can only go to certain locations Otherwise the cheese on your burger Isn’t it melted or your mozzarella sticks cheese in the center is solid ? This location Day out always has fresh hot food

The cleanest bk I have ever been to! Good was very well made, hot and delicious. Will definitely be my bk place to go now!

The staff is always so friendly and upbeat, service is always fast, and never any long lines when I go on my lunch break. Food is always hot and correct. Haven't had a problem since they remodeled. I'm sure some of the bad reviews are from people who just like to complain about anything and everything.
