I never write google reviews but the guy who is always working the first window is creepy and makes me feel so uncomfortable that I don’t want to go to this location. He makes weird comments to me or stares me down while I’m at the window. I dread going through this drive through and am going to start going to a different location even though this one is the closest to my house.
Employee got my order wrong, then yelled at me, telling me it was “my fault” and that I “changed too many things while ordering” (I changed a drink size from small to medium) and I didn’t “listen when she read back the order” (she read it back correctly, but gave incorrect items without a receipt)… she yelled at me for 2-3 minutes without stopping before finally allowing me to place another order (didn’t offer to fix it, just made me pay for a completely different order). I am absolutely appalled any company would hire an employee who acts like this.

Me and my wife visited the restaurant part of this location on 11/30/24 and we received stale fries. The fries must have been sitting for a very long period of time but instead of the workers discarding them as policy would state, they decided to serve them to us. I also noticed the bread was a little stale on my whopper. We will not return here and I recommend that you don't visit this location either. We do not receive the same service at other locations.

Terrible food. They rush to get people out of the drive through, forget items. While I’m at the window, the customer before me walks up complaining he forgot her kids juice box. My chicken sandwich was hard as a rock. Not edible at all! Of course I didn’t find out until I made it home. They offered to remake it but I didn’t want to load the kids up to drive back. Will not go to this location again.

Completely disappointing. First window didn't charge me on accident, but I gave them my card they were just talking on the phone. Second window, the assistant manager, starts yelling at me to go back I didn't pay!!! I went back AGAIN but the manager must not have been paying attention or she would understand it's not my fault. Pop was nasty no flavor in the Dr pepper. @ 2:00 . Nasty food. Nasty attitude. I only order 5$ meals x 2 and still feel cheated it was so bad. Eating without a drink is not pleasant. Yuck..

went here with my boyfriend today, used the BK app to get two free vanilla cones. when i used the code the lady taking my order told me the machine was broke so she offered us two hershey pies. after me and my boyfriend had started eating them someone we assume was the manager called us to the front and told us we had to pay for one of the pies or give it back. we told her we had already started eating the pies and she just told us to give one back?? after we had both started eating our pies!! incredibly rude, will not be coming back to this location.
