Went to get food and don’t go to this location very often walk in pay go to get drinks and see green mildew on the ice maker dispenser part and the manager didn’t even believe me and wasn’t gonna walk around to look at first either very disappointed and disgusted.

Asked to wait when i pulled up to place my order with 4 cars ahead of me. 5 minute wait im drive through to place my order. The coke tastes flat, missing part of my order, and no straw or receipt received. I remember now why I stopped coming here.

Went here today for lunch and overall it was great !!! Went inside and the guy who took my order was friendly and polite . My Whopper Combo came out quick and hot . I switched the fries to onion rings and they were fresh and hot . Place was clean inside and the rest room as well , overall a good dine in lunch .

So I order online.I go in cause I have to use the little girl's room.I get my order and the fries are not fresh.But instead of being a manager and giving me fresh fries, he's telling me, are you serious cause they're hot, because they're sitting under a lamp .HOT. ..FRESH 2 DIFFERENT THINGS N MY BURGER WAS LIKE WARM GOOD THOUGH ...I guess anymore you just can't get good service anywhere I am 50yrs old i know what fresh fries taste like.And I know what they feel like when you take a bite of them.
I don't believe I'll ever eat at BK again... what happened to the flame broil burgers? Is now boiled fake meat.. 🤔

DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGAR KING LOCATION!!! At first, Everything was fine, me and my father ordered our food no problem, ate our food once we got home (we got their burgar melts and we got my mom the chicken sandwich) and she was fine. After SEVERALL HOURS AFTER DIGESTING THE FOOD, TOWARD EVENING, me and my father were VIOLENTLY ILLL!!!! I WAS VOMITING NON STOP THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT AND HAD HORRIBLE DIARRHEA!!!! Then the next day, we called burgsr king to report this and they said they are due 4 in inspection of their fast food restaurant, once they have the inspection they will let us know. So we had hear NOTHING BACK NO APOLOGY NO REFUND, NOTHING. It was an absolute waste of my money DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION GO TO THE ONE ON ROCHESTER ROAD.

Are all their locations bad ?!? Smh this location is always out of biscuits, when they do have them the biscuits are burnt! Sometimes I one of the employees sitting down talking, pure laziness
