Pretty sad for a business that pulls in 1.3 billion dollars a year cannot break a $100 bill. I was there to purchase food for my family to eat $40 worth of food. They didn't have $60 in the back to give me change. What kind of business Are they? Mary the manager could not help because she thinks this policy is OK. Well it is not ok. I went to to a different location and no questions asked about my 100 dollar bill. What a waste of customer service

I love Burger King and their whoppers but I wont be going back to this location for a long time although its the closest to my house. Very unfortunate really because the facility itself is well maintained,looks recently renovated and I used to go here once in a while a few years ago and had no issues.
My family was craving whoopers and came to this location. Manager was very rude to my family when we came in to use coupons on our meal, speaking to us like we were scamming them.We should have walked out but my brother in laws really wanted burgers for lunch. I am glad the manager at least let us use one per customer as it clearly states on the coupon.
Then after lunch, some of us had stomachaches later during the day or had to go to the bathroom alot.
Really disappointing food experience. Patties were overcooked,bland and burgers and fries were not appetizing looking either.

Review on 2210 Metro Pkwy, Sterling Heights, MI 48310 Burger King #16253. An average typical location. This store was a bit outdated with wall paper peeling and dirty bathrooms not to mention the service wasn’t the best but the food was normal. I give this store a 3.2 stars out of 5.0

3 employees watched me standing at the counter waiting for service but never approached or took my order. All 3 made eye contact. Myself and another man waiting behind me in line left the restaurant after 3 minutes of waiting.
The young woman who was working Friday night at 8p was super efficient and friendly. I appreciated her dedication to awesome customer service.

Each time i’ve eaten here I feel the food gets worse and worse. My family agrees. We all get upset stomachs and feel so sick only minutes after. Assumed it was just fast food in general. Nope. The managers here are not friendly at all, everyone seems to be unhappy with themselves
