THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Never once was I asked to donate to whatever phony thing they “donate “ to. The lady said my total and then I get my bill and see I was over charged. Reason being they just rounded up for donations WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! Check your receipts people! They will steal your money too!

Had a whopper meal today 2-3-24 at 1:00 pm and it was the best whopper of rive ever had from a Burger King. It was hot fresh with all the perfect fixings. Fries were hot and perfect as well.Had a coupon, so spent under eight bucks.So many negative reviews on here so I include the date and time when I came. Sometimes it’s all about who’s working.

I have ordered Whoppers and Whopper Jr on several occasions. I have yet to get my Whoppers hot, in fact burger tasted and looked like they were sitting under the warmer.Very poor quality.

The PITTS! I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru lane for a cup of coffee. Never got it. When I got to the pick-up window, the guy was just starting to make the coffee. I guess that means everybody behind me has to wait for the coffee to brew. Did I mention you can't get out of line because the driveway narrows to one lane as you approach the pick-up window.Never again. This location SUCKS!!!

Should be no stars! Mickey Mouse operation with employees in the back doing nothing while customers wait!! RUDE all the time, especially the older lady believe her name was (Mary) who is disrespectful, and just terrible at customer service. This place needs a new manager and an update!

The water cup wasn't closed all the way and spilled all over me. Took five minutes to fill up two small cups with water and a single frozen coke. Loaded cups with ice and barely any water.

After waiting an unusually long time to get to the window, I was met with a rude employee. I had a code on the mobile app, and I gave it to her. It didn’t work. I read it to her again. She said it didn’t work. So I was looking back at the app to try to figure out what was wrong and she turns to her coworker and says in a disgusting tone “these people don’t ever know what they’re doing out here.” At that point, I opted to not purchase my food and I drove away. Terrible customer service to speak like that right in front of customers.
