Only go to this Burger King if you wanna wait 20 minutes for a fry and chicken nuggets, EVERY TIME. They need to get it together there will be nobody in line and it still takes over 10 minutes for a simple order,

I was waited on by Bernice at least thats what was on her shirt! She didn't smile, and when I asked how long the fries had been there I got no response twice but she did ask for fries to be dropped Bernice gave me my order without the soda. I asked her to look at my coupons. Then she gave me 2 cups and a cup holder. Bernice in my opinion should show like she loves her job. Just smile when she says can I help you. You never know what someone is going through but customer service is a happy profession.....

Both of the employees that took and gave me my order were very polite very energetic. I bought a number for large and the whopper was probably one of the best prepared whoppers I’ve ever had in my life. Jeremy is an amazing worker. He has heart for what he does. My kids always mention how he is a nice guy, polite, attentive, and provides exceptional service
01/04/25 at 11:05 drive thru middle aged woman and a guy in his 20s at the drive thru ; The only thing they got right was no tomato extra onion on my number one, instead of fresh food I received a one pickle when ordered extra extra so I get literally one pickle, I get a stale bun, a bad carbonated coke/fruit punch, fries that were not well done when I asked for well done fries and the sad thing is I was polite never got rude even said thank you have a good night, not like I asked for nothing for anything crazy… one whopper jr meal one whopper meal for 20 bucks, keep your food poor quality, poor customer service, b.k. Management needs to step in and visit your Sterling Heights, b.k. Off of mound road before hall road

Excellent customer service and got my food pretty quick in and out. Not the best and not the worst burger king I've been to. Food was fresh and above all the employees were extremely friendly and de all deserve a raise if the owner can read this.

Around 1:30 today 11/22/2024 unbeliveble Store. I am surprised didn't closed by now. Management Zero / Crew Zero. Only two the cook left to the bathroom and the other was waiting on DT. waiting and waiting then I left. Don't they have a district manager or Owner can evaluate the quality and service. very dirty store.
