Well it's BK... don't expect too much. You don't go to red roof inn for the presidential suite do you. Great value, food was fresh. Tables needed to be wiped down and with kiosks to take your order... no need to say how I feel about the kiosks.

I went to this location tonight around 11:40 PM and for the young man who is working the window I’m not sure what his name was. I would just like to say that he has such amazing customer service skills. I have never had such good customer service from a fast food restaurant, I’m not sure if he was working alone I didn’t see anyone else in there, but he was extremely polite And I will definitely be coming back to this location. I get anxious, going to new fast food spots that I’ve never been to because the customer service can always be iffy and I don’t wanna feel like I’m imposing by ordering food, but he was very welcoming and I was just so impressed, props to him! Mc Donald’s could never 💅

Great experience at this Burger King! The service was excellent, and I got my food quickly—smooth in and out. The burger itself wasn’t the absolute best I’ve had, but it was fresh and satisfying, definitely not the worst either. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. Honestly, they all deserve a raise if the owner happens to read this! Overall, a solid visit with good food, fast service, and a team that goes above and beyond to make the experience pleasant

amazing customer service. i always come here and get lunch during my break and there was an issue that happened with the delivery screen and the order didn’t come but they fixed it with no problem and found my order with a smile on their face.

They focus more on not having anyone sit at the second window and not enough on the food. Even when there’s no line, they’ll have you pull up, which is whatever. But then the food will be either be missing things(???) or cold. The SpongeBob Promotion is what really killed me. My kids wanted to try it, but they didn’t have the Box, the pie, the drink, I really paid the promotion price for a slopped(literally) together whopper. My kids were devastated. Hopefully the new McDonalds next door will help improve this place with the competition it brings.

Fries were old. Ordered 2 whoppers 1 was missing most of its toppings. I ordered a whopper junior that was the size of a regular hamburger with toppings. Very disappointed will not visit this location in the future

This location is managed by very sloppy un caring people the place is a total pit one particular manager is really rude and has nothing but rudeness falling out of his mouth, had a list debit card replaced so my first purchase was here, inside at the kiosk, needles to say he had some crap to say about it, I let it go reordered my food and paid cash, and now every time he's working his mouth runs crap about it . Now I come in to get my whopper tonight and there's 2 employees in the bathroom talking crap and chase me me saying it's closed as usual rudely and 4 minutes later I hear them laughing as they tell one of the girls working with them how they lied about the bathroom to me , seriously with the McDonald's just opening next door this place needs closing or management changed

I was told before ordering and paying I could have my food cooked well done. I have 2 children with autism, they only eat their food well done and crunchy. After paying they gave me the chicken fries only cooked to order. They were soft and squishy. When I asked for them to be dropped longer the guy in the back said no because I might leave a bad review saying they were burnt. Again I asked before ordering food for my children and was told well done would be okay. I now have to wait 4 days for a refund. If you need your food special in any type of way I wouldn't recommend coming to this location. Not only did I not get the food I asked for and have to wait for a refund but I'm out the deal on the chicken fries now so I have to spend more at the next spot. A mess of a location and here's that bad review you'd thought you'd get if you made it correctly
