$28 for a catfish meal and 10 wings. I received 1 pack of tartar sauce and about 10 french fries. Bye, No!!! Can someone please tell me where there is a good Captain Jays cause this one isn't.

Rude man at Drive-Thru with long dreadlocks (June 26 @9:30pm) who did not have time to assist me. Looked at me as if I was bothering him. Waited at speaker for 15 minutes and window for
10 minutes. Drove off with nothing

The Food is good but the customer service is horrible I wonder if the main office read the reviews because it's not all about the chicken the staff makes the company runs check on your staff send a uncover upper management in because this is not my first time getting bad customer service #unhappycustomer

3 guys front counter guy, dreads. You are an amazing worker! I've watched you go from taking care of the front guest, the drive thru, even go in the back and help cook chicken, prepare the food to go on both sides!!!!!!!, that's amazing, but bro. All I ask from you is you change your gloves. I see you humpin especially when you got backwood hat, just starring at he ceiling. Customer service is even good.

I ordered 3 PC whiting combo and already added lemon pepper to the fish lady told me it was $2 to sprinkle a little lemon pepper on the fries how does that make any sense $15 for the meal and I can't get a little seasoning on my fries disappointing to say the least. Waited 37 minutes in the drive through with only 1 car ahead of me and a empty lobby food came out greasy and soggy 😠
