Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken

We love this place. Good prices, chicken is delicious, not as greasy as other places, its seasoned well - this is our go to Capt. Jays. We usually just get a tray of chicken and hush puppies. Sometimes we call ahead, sometimes we just go through the drive through on a whim. Every time the chicken has been fantastic so 5 starts from us!

Dietary restrictions: My daughter has a food allergy and they are always knowledgeable about how things are cooked. Thank u :)

I go there often, and I usually call my order in, and every time I tell them BB but they got me in the system as DD. And they never change it. Other than that, they are cool.

I took perch fish meal comes with fries, coleslaw, and soda and it was good, my son took chickens sandwich meal.

$11 the price for one meal and you cannot beat that.

Customer service was horrible. Called in and place a 70 dollar order and gave them ample time and they still got it wrong. Never going back to this location again. Fish was bland and they forgot my coleslaw.

Went here and got 2 peach cobblers for myself and my husband. Which is not anywhere near where I live. Spoke with a “Manager” about them both being raw and his question was when can I bring them back? It was $6 you want me to come back for that and not even refund my money, only to give me something different. No apology, no offer to refund just when can I bring them back. Don’t waste your money here.

Hi have put my order in at 746 and I arrived at the store at 825 and my food wasn't even rung up. When I expressed extreme frustration Stratton I was met with extreme rudeness. The man with the dreads and the woman with he short hair were extremely rude and refused service and food. I'm currently still in the store and I paid $19 and received no food. Been here now it's 903 for over an hour. This is horrible business practice. The man with the dreads said if you get rude then I'm not making your food.

My food was cold. The shrimp and fries was cold and my drink was halfway full. What more can I say. The worst food I ever had! You know who was working in there. Don't waste your time or money there.

Ordered food a day earlier for a party. One person called and said the food was ready the say day I placed the order, I told him that I ordered the food for the next day. Went to pick up the food the next day....not ready, didn't know anything about my order. Poor communication, will not order from this location again!!

Their new chicken sandwich is horrible they completely drenched it in whatever sauce they use to the point you can't even touch it was highly anticipating eating this I took two bites and threw it away this give your amazing chicken a horrible image will never try again and don't recommend trying it
