Food quality is pretty bad. Food presentation is nice but the taste is… questionable. Service is okay, the workers are nice…but they need to spend less time socializing when customers are waiting to order. atmosphere is nice. Store needs to know when to throw stuff away. Servers should not be disappearing to talk to their coworkers for 10 minutes while customers wait.

The place looked so empty and there was no atmosphere to it when I went in. I got a burger to go and when I got home they got my order wrong for my burger. The fries were cold and really stale. I burger was ok but I think that it’s just this location which is not good. The one in 14 mile is so much better and the food is always good and fresh. Something about this was horrible and not what I was expecting. I will l probably not come to this location ever. Just go to the one in 14 mile. Way better.

This restaurant was very great when they opened and the food was great also. the service was more professional comparing to now. The food was very dry and doesn’t have a taste and also the meat doesn’t taste good at all, i feel they went very down with the food and service. Highly disappointed.?

Absolutely no regard for customer service. Made me wait for 20 mins to just take the order. Then took another 25 mins prepare the food. The 5 teenage waiters just talking and laughing at the counter like they aren’t paid for their work. The restaurant was completely empty. The food was just fast food level but bigger quantity

Brought my family from Sweden here. We were seated for 10 minutes and then the waiter decided to bring the menus. We ordered and it took so long to get the food. The order was incorrect and took a while until they fixed it. We order water when we first sat, the food arrived and there was still no water brought to us! The shawarma saj sandwich was very oily and burned onions and meat. The restroom was dirty and the hand dryer was broken and no tissues was available. Please work on hiring employees with experience and professional customer service skills.
I’ve been always thinking the are the best burgers.. unfortunately it’s not last night I ordered 4 Sandwiches to go for me and my family they all have long hair in it ???? It’s absolutely disgusting they change the way the loaded fries now the use some cheap quality potatoes.. I’m very disappointed in them it’s my last time going there unfortunately it was not worth the trip..
