Casper Burger & Escalope

Was told to come here but felt like it was a total scam. Asked the gentleman on the phone for fries on the side. He decided to put them in the burger and proceeded to also charge me 5.99 for 5 onion rings that were so dry you could slap them on a wall and they’d bounce back at you. The meal was for my mother. She complained about it as well. Wouldn’t recommend this establishment or their customer service.

They messed up my order by missing a kid meal from the order, called them and the guy promised to deliver the missing meal within in less than 1 hour , called after 2 hours of waiting then was told they cant deliver and offer credit for future …Wouldn't not go back again

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a while now, but since the new owner and staff took over, the place has gone downhill. The service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, messing up orders, and the overall experience was frustrating. It’s a shame because this used to be a great spot, chill, and very smooth, but the new management clearly doesn’t have things under control. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

You will order chicken , they send beef
Many missing items. Falafel is very oily , shawarma is burnt
Half went to the garbage, grubhub refunded half of the money no question asked
YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

I won't eat there not even for free, I eat my hamburger at 10 pm, 5 hours later I was vomiting. Not clean at all.
