Girl at front counter not very nice at all. Kept giving me dirty looks
Music was very loud and inappropriate music to be playing. Every song has bad language in it. Will not be back here. Ordered philly cheese steak not impressed. French fries were cold. How are they cold and you had to wait for your food

Not much flavor, the steak lacks any seasoning really. A dash of salt would improve the cheese steak.
The vegetables seemed fresh. Service is ok, nothing special or extra friendly.

It's a simple formula and they could easily do better on the end product.

What a horrible place. Had to enter 5 stars because they are deleting 1star reviews.
The customer service was like something I have never seen before. The owners daughter was rude and tried to fight a customer Calling her racial slurs in front of everyone.
Please report them to the state of Michigan and the EEOC. This foolishness has to stop.

went through drivethrough and was on my phone and instead of saying “excuse me” or “here you go” the dude at dt just starts shaking the drink to get my attention and just stares at me

Was overall alright. Got the traditional cheesesteak and it was fine. Little on the light side filling wise but tasted good. Also got a few boneless wings as part of a combo and those were pretty average and exactly what you'd expect from a non-wing place. Price was on the higher side and I'd probably go somewhere else but might come back if I'm in the mood for a cheesesteak again.

If it gives a option to order for Charley's to deliver my food, and I select such option. Charley's should bring me my food, not door dash. 1.50 for 1 piece of bacon is crazy... It's a large sandwich. Maybe raise the price to $2.00 and have 2 pieces of bacon not 1 ripped in half. Soggy fries, soggy sandwich, even the napkins were soggy. That's just sad
