Charley's stole over $60 from me with an online order that was cancelled. They even sent me a confirmation that it was cancelled but still charged me. I called and they never bothered to look up my order or even apologize for their CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE SERVICE. All they said was " come into the store to get your money, we don't refund over the phone." How convenient that they're able to steal over the phone but not refund an order they messed up. Food is average so just find another place...

All four employees that worked today took their break ALL TOGETHER!! Had a line waiting 20 minutes plus then only one came out, took orders and cooked! After waiting when I finally got my food my order was messed up, and my fries were SUPER COLD WITH HOT CHEESE ON TOP! Wait it gets better, then Mr.T(with 59 chains) comes from the back and start to help but stop and goes back and never comes out again! They need to shut this place down I’ll be calling corporate Monday morning!

Tiffany did an AMAZING job making sure that everyone was helped and accommodated. She was very friendly and welcoming. The only downfall would have to be the cook. After being told numerous times how to make my sandwich he still made it poorly and improperly. A good manager can only do so much with a bad staff. All in all, Tiffany’s service alone would make me come back and purchase again.

Unacceptable. I have been coming here on my lunch break for 3+ years and this past year the customer service & professionalism at this location has progressively gotten worse & worse. A few times before today I had been placing my orders online and had no problem, my order was ready & correct so I thought things were getting better,until today. My online order was placed at 11:53 am. My pickup time was 11:59 pm, which was the time I got in line to pick up my order, which wasn't ready when I got there, but a customer that WALKED UP and ordered after me got his order BEFORE MINE & his WASN'T AN ONLINE ORDER. This is my last time patronizing this location.

Hadn't been here for a while. Really like the Chicken Philly. HOWEVER, the staff needs training! UGH ! I stood at the register to order 2 minutes before the guy took my order. He just stood there and looked at me... Do, o just went ahead and ordered. The guy on the grill was ON THE PHONE the whole tone he was cooking...The young woman who gave me my food Needs work on her people skills. People have choices...I'll think twice before coming back. The Flaming Wok is right next door.

I used to love this place which is why I will give it 2 stars instead of one. The last 5 times I have visited this location, there will be 3-4 staff members behind the counter and they tell me sorry we are going on break and can't take your order. Now I understand if this was a one time thing where a employee had a rough day and didn't have time to eat-etc. But no, this is different days, time, and staff members. I believe its monkey see monkey do there and they only want to help some people or races and not others. I always see someone who ordered right before me with no problem which is what gets me most. If they are already grilling, why can't they grill another sub? Better yet, why do all 3 staff members need to go on break at the same time? The management here needs to change asap. Charleys is going to go out of business if this keeps up. We need people who genuinely want to work, work at restaurants, not these sleeze balls that don't even know how to greet with kindness.

I want to first start off my saying that Tiffany was rude, she appeared high as a kite and did not help the new employee at all.. She was talking slow, unable to answer questions on how to get the $5 off after I downloaded the app as their sign said. Then when I confronted about being high, she said she hadnt slept in 5 days, maybe that is true but if you show up to work then you need to do your job. She then disappeared and left the new employee alone. I don't know his name, but he was very sweet and apologized over and over for not being able to explain what to do and for Tiffany disappearing.

This place has amazing food! I drive up to lakeside mall just for the food. The service is terrible. Every time I come up here they either have a sign that says "on break" or the employees refuse to make any food orders over an hour before they close. I hope the owner isn't paying them a good amount of money because his employees truly don't deserve it. The last 5x I came here I couldn't order anything. Such a disappointment. Hire staff that actually sells your food instead of smoking vapes in the back during their "break"

Always go here before heading to work.... never tried the Italiano chicken... but will try soon.. ive always get the small chicken Philly with fries... with grilled jalapeños....
