Chicken Shack Sterling Heights

I love Chicken Shack. The food is always really good and the service is great! The only problem I encounter is we get burnt potatoes pretty often or they have like no butter on them.

Very clean environment and service was great they greet you when you first walk in! Even gave me butter on the side for my potatoe shack. Very nice!

Chicken shack is an amazing place for food. I loved the amount of different kinds of food and how there are snack sized portions for sale. And the food is amazing. There potatoes are very crispy and crunchy. And in my whole life i have never tasted such good chicken. The chicken was very crispy and juicy. If i could i would eat here every day. i rate this place a 10/10 if you are looking for a new place for food COME HERE!!!

I ordered 60$ worth of food when the store open. They gave me old chicken hard bread and who ever packed the chicken knew it was hard and not fresh. I called back and reported the offered to make it again vs give me a refund. If you didn't make it right the first time why try again? Was I not worth being provided with fresh edible food? I called the corporate store and still nothing. The worst. So prior to to this review I waited for a chance to clear up the issue and was ignored

Wings were disgusting. Tasted rotten, not sure if it was the actual chicken or just dirty grease. Needless to say, $50 in tbe garbage.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . I ordered food from door dash and my food came old and cold . You could tell my food was cooked ahead of time , and was just siting for hours . O and I know it was this location because door dash gives you the location in case you would like to pick up your order .

Now, it has been about a year since I was here last. The quality was never extremely high to begin with, but the level now is so bad that I would not recommend this place to anyone. The gentleman behind the counter clearly did not want to be there. The tables were not what I would consider clean. The cod and potatoes were just disgusting. Definitely do not waste your money on this place.

Ordered 100 pcs 1/2 bbq for a graduation party. Order was ready on time but I don’t know where your chicken?came from but where’s the meat?! Wing portions had no meat. Tossed them. Other pieces were not to pleasing. Guests questioned if it was Chicken Shack. Wasted on the money spent. Would give it a minus 5 stars
