Chipotle Mexican Grill

The past four times I’ve got a bowl over the last several months, my brown rice has been severely undercooked. Please learn to cook rice properly, it’s not that difficult.

The food is awesome.
But inside is kind of dirty
And I guess it depends on how the person who was taking your overfield, that day, or at that time, sometimes they're happy and sometimes they're not it's like they don't really wanna be there

This place had great food but the last 5 times ive came here all the tables were nasty and not cleaned and the employees and manager took their sweet time to clean them even tho they werent busy

They always make my bowl perfect!! But today I went and the front guy was so rude. Had a nasty attitude. I asked for his name and I think he said his name was tanner? Not sure. He had a beard. Not customer service friendly at all.

Ate at this location on 01/08 I thought my bowl loooked a little diffrent than normal not thinking to much of it. My friend and I both have been throwing up for almost a day since we ate there with horrible food poisoning. The steak wasn’t cooked what so ever. I have never expirenced food poisoning or stomach aches until my entire bowl came out of my mouth.

I used to really enjoy coming here and interacting with the staff. One of the servers even offered me half off if I came in because I also work in the service industry, but then never redeemed it. I feel like my presence isn’t wanted there with the looks they give me and how they act around me. At least the food makes up for poor character. Not to mention two of their employees still frequent my place of employment and act in a troubling manner.

This is the only chipotle who still does it right! This location still feels and tastes like 2016 chipotle. Every other chipotle in metro Detroit has been on some serious BS for years now. Nothing is ever perfect, but it’s still pretty close.

STILL shorting the SHIT out of my food... This is the FOURTH TIME I've gotten take out, only to get home and see even with DOUBLE THE MEAT, there was LESS MEAT THAN JUST THE NORMAL AMOUNT OF MEAT! Totally DONE with this place. If you value money, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE.
