Please re-train your staff in regards to taking the temperature for meat and fajitas. I saw your staff dipping the thermostat first in the meat and then in fajitas, which is not right for non-meat eaters.Vegetarian options: Please use a different thermostat and utensils for meat and vegetables.

As soon as I walked in the music was like I walked into a club it was so loud, no one could hear anything while ordering. The portion of rice & chicken was actually nothing & walked out with basically a bowl of sour cream & cheese.Side note, there really needs to be some rules on how much someone can order, the group of 3 people in front of me ordered so much food in their bowls that they were overflowing & absolutely ridiculous, employees had to get the manager & ended up Making a line out the door just because of 3 people causing an issue with everyone in line.

Yet again another unhappy customer. Seems like this is a trend for this place. I went there today (Sunday) at 10am wanting to buy burrito and couple open bowls. Problem 1, how can you have no fajita veggies in a burrito place. Isnt this base for everything. When I asked about it, no explanation no substitute from the staff, no solution. Problem 2, beans looked not fresh, same for barbacoa and some other stuff. It looked very unappealing. Problem 3, portion sizes at this place. You go one day and get "normal" protein size, and then you go on Sunday and you get almost half as much as you should paying $35 for three orders. The only item that you get enough is ...... Sour cream. I used to loved this place before, but how do you expect keeping customers satisfied with random portion sizes, missing ingredients and not carrying staff. With so many competitors around you how do you think this will end for you. I know for sure that my family will think twice before going there again, which is a shame cause I liked your food. Sincerely, very disappointed customer

Had an issue with the app not working to order a quesadilla. Instead of trying to work something out the manager told me to pound sand.

Thanks for giving my family food poisoning. We visited Chipotle last night for dinner.1. We ordered Queso. We started to eat it in the car on the way home, because it's easily sharable. We noticed thick strings in bottom of cheese. None of us ordered carnitas, but it was inside the queso. That was disgusting.2. When I got my burrito, there was a lot of rice and lettuce on the outside of the tortilla. I asked my family, if this was my burrito and if they added rice or lettuce to this burrito. I didn't request any rice. I cut open the burrito and it was mine. I ate the half that didn't have rice or lettuce on it.3. This burrito was unusually spicy! I love hot stuff, but I couldn't figure out why it was way hotter than usual. I found a big chunk of Jalapeño. I use to eat Chipotle every month at my old job. I didn't even know there was Jalapeño in the guac, until last night. I'm not sure 100% sure that it was the Jalapeños that made it so spicy. The hot sauce could have been prepared different. Whoever else ordered the guac or hot sauce, might be disappointed if they don't like their food very hot.I'm disgusted though. It finally hit me at work. I was puking during my meeting and I'm currently i'm too nauseated to drive.

This location has got to be the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. Every single time they are out of something or everything. No pico? No salad dressing? How do you sell salads with no dressing? No steak? Out of rice? Not to mention it's always FILTHY, no one takes any initiative to wipe the tables down so the next guests can sit down, the floors are filthy. Lastly, the lady rang the guy infront of me up for my meal and his meal, then tried blaming her lack of paying attention to her job on the guy next to her that has nothing to do with what she was doing. When me and the guy pointed out that she charged him double not a single apology was issued AND they couldn't provide him with a copy of his receipt after he was refunded and then charged again. This is a HOT location, definitely expect more from it. Shameful
