Chipotle Mexican Grill

Drive through is always terrible. Food is always very poor quality in terms of preparation and tastes gross. Also, the chips are always burnt. Really a waste of money every time. After this last time though, I have learned my lesson. Would rather throw $35 out my car window and go to bed for dinner

Only the second time I've ordered from a Chipotle. They are far more expensive than Q. Upcharge for Guacamole or Queso. I could get the same bowl, with chips for $12 with tax. Here, it's over $20. Sorry, I can't see the value at these prices.

I came in and ordered a bowl w/ chicken and chips and queso. The portion I was initially given could’ve been given to a toddler, when asked for slightly more all a sudden Liam, the host, wanted to add a full scoop. I even stated I shouldn’t of been charged for extra chicken considering he didn’t give a full scoop to begin with and the kid looked like he was confused and was utterly rude about it.
I love chips and queso, and every chip was stale or burnt. Not a single chip was enjoyable. Wasted 30$ for beyond poor service, and was ripped off. To top it off the lobby, bathrooms, and back of house looked like they didn’t clean anything all day. Will never visit the company again

I’m so beyond tired of this location. Be prepared to have some part of your order made wrong Every.Single.Time.. I placed a mobile order and surprisingly everything in my bowl was right, but my girlfriend’s bowl isn’t, it’s cold, they put Steak & Chicken in it and skipped the queso, even though they still charged me extra for it? Chipotle already isn’t the cheapest quick bite to eat, the least they could do is make your order the way you order it.
This location not only can’t seem to make a single order correctly but half the time the manager has an attitude.
Save your time and money and go to a different location.

I walked in and said I had a pick up and the lady in there gave me a bad look but I just brushed it off and so I get my food and go home and open my bowl and there was no guacamole on mine or my sister and there was no queso. I’m beyond pissed because it was 60$ for 3 people. Get your shit together

I want to thank Caleb for being an outstanding worker. He offered multiple recommendations that helped me build an amazing bowl. He was incredibly friendly and made my first Chipotle experience a great one. I couldn’t thank him enough — I’ll definitely be coming back soon to thank him in again.

Honestly, probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever gotten. The manager made my bowl and he skimmed me on My protein. Avoid this location at all costs I’m very disappointed

My go to Chipotle. I'm on the road a lot for work and this is the best chipotle in the area by far. Whenever I need a good quick lunch I order on the app and pick up in the drive through. This place is always consistent in quality and portion size, thank you!
