To the workers of Chipotle, does your grandma eat her bowl drenched in hot sauce like this? And does it burn her anus when it comes out?

Never leave reviews on fast food locations, but we literally have come here multiple times for bowls and every time we get little to no food. I think it’s appropriate to ask if you want more served when legit putting one scoop of food is not enough to feed your average adult. Its common sense to be serving a larger portion of protein and not slamming the food with sauces to the point where you cant even taste anything else. Please make it worth the money.

I always come to eat here. It’s been many times that they don’t put the right portions as they used to.

Have to wait 20-30 minutes for you guys to cook steak? Wheres the prep??

The 2 big backs up front did NOTTT want to work and one of them rolled her eyes at me when I said can I please get some white rice… Refused to cook any chicken too when everyone was asking for it

I purchased a ball for Halloween and it was very bad experience. The cashier in this location was so road and the food wasn’t that much and there was a food in the bowl and guacamole was old

Ordered a brisket bowl with white rice and added chicken and some other fixins. It was delicious. The server was friendly and professional.

There’s a reason why this location is subpar and it’s because of the people they employ unfortunately. Do better. The bigger heavy-set short lady that works the cash register threw my to-go bag on the counter with a 7th grade attitude. Poor quality food. Worst chipotle around. Cold chicken cold rice, half full side cup of queso. Not hard to provide a decent quality yet seems impossible for this place

I just walked in at 8:40pm on a Friday night. They are open until 10pm. I was told immediately that they were out of chips, sour cream and mild salsa "for the night". It was obvious by the way the employees were preparing for closing already that it simply meant they weren't going to add to their work by putting out those items fresh that close to closing. I left. It's pretty obvious what the priority is there.

I ordered through the Chipotle app for delivery. When my food arrived the wrong order was dropped off. From previously working at chipotle I know since this has the Chipotlane the driver was just given the wrong order.

When I drove back to the location they still had my order sitting there. I spoke with whatever manager was working to explain how they messed up and the just gave me my food. When I asked how to get refunded just the delivery fees since it was through the app, they just said I had to contact the driver or doordash even though they were the ones who gave out the wrong order.

Very rude manager brushed me off and didn't have a care about the issue. The staff was also rude with either ignoring me or trying to say the same thing as the manager.

Again, from my past work history as a Apprentice (Manager below GM) with chipotle, I can truly say this location needs to have the regional manager take a closer look at the managers they are promoting and explain to them what is the right way to make a bad situation better.
