Most of the flavors here are really good, and you can tell they put effort into making their desserts taste unique and well-crafted. We enjoyed several items, though there were a couple that were a miss for us personally. Overall, the quality is solid, but the prices are definitely on the higher end for what you get. Still a good spot if you’re craving something sweet and don’t mind paying a bit extra.

The service was awful. They clearly do not follow the customer is always right and either way they were extremely disrespectful and don’t know how to treat their customers. Their food is already expensive so that’s embarrassing that they couldn’t at least refund a $10 dessert since we requested multiple times that it wasn’t the right order… It doesn’t matter if you already made it or not, I just hope you guys learn from this experience and treat your customers better.

The worst service ever!!! We ordered something and they gave us the wrong thing when we went up to the table he put up an argument in front of everyone and made us seem like we were lying over $15. He did not even refund us OR even give us something else to replace it with. The manager, “Randy” Is very disrespectful and immature.

Charged me for a water bottle that wasn’t even from them… I looked over why my bill was so high and realize it later. The bottle wasn’t even anything like they had in the fridge… you guys already charge a lot of money, u don’t need to add extra on top of that shit😂

When you go in here you have to know what to get so I would definitely recommend reading the reviews. I rate it 5 stars bc they have a really good variety of flavor in the shop. They have international snacks & drinks, and so many flavors of gelato. Truthfully, I just stick with what I know I like. The Dubai chocolate cake is sooo decadent. It’ll last you for quite a few days unless you just love sweets. But it’s delicious and full of kataifi which I love. The girls are always so sweet and helpful. I’ve been satisfied with every visit.

The pricing here is completely disconnected from the quality. Almost $20 for a small cup of pomegranate seeds with low-quality, hardened chocolate is unreasonable. Add to that consistently poor customer service and $7 Red Bulls from a fridge, and it’s hard to justify coming back. This isn’t NYC—prices should match both the product and the experience.

Today was my first visit here. Was wearing prior due to the mixed reviews. First off, this place will give you sticker shock..my goodness $23 for a cup of strawberries over chocolate sauce is diabolical. I ordered 2cakes and a smoothie to the total of $33. Safe to say this will be my first and last time.
I understand that shops have to follow a fine line of costs and overhead..but there's profit margin then there's insanity. The cakes were OK but hard and smoothie felt watery w/too much ice mixed in. The cashier was friendly n sweet though. Overall, just wasn't feeling it here. Mind you I drove 40mins one way for this place and left with a below average experience. Sweats/pastries are something I'm very passionate about..this place has alot of improvement to do. Wishing y'all the best in the future.

I highly recommend their delectable crepes, sundaes, rolled ice cream, and the viral Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup. The café’s modern interior design is inviting and aesthetically pleasing. It’s a wonderful place to invite and introduce friends to. The food quality, ambiance, customer service, and staff are all great and impressive. They are also very up-to-date with the latest trends, which makes going there such a magical experience. As many reviews have noted, their selections are overwhelming, but that just makes you want to come back again. I highly recommend this place.

Wow we pay $45 for two desserts. I told my man we can go in sushi place have dinner for two people instead to have dessert for that money . The pice it’s crazy . Did any body come from inspection department to check the price at Chico mania. That price half doesn’t make sense. We are not in somewhere like luxury place. We are Sterling Heights and I don’t know why you try to make money from the people like that tricking! I never gonna go again crape it’s was before?12 and now it’s $28 ! You can purchase all cake from sweater sweet I love there more that chocolate mania

was there today, bought the pastries, they weren’t bad but $30 for just 2 is insane, customer service was terrible, this young lady i don’t know what her name was, but we were still figuring out what we wanted and then she rudely asked if we were ready, then after we ordered she just kept giving us attitude.
