Hey its me the guy with two kids who just paid 40 dollars for tow small vanilla ice cream and one cake its not the problem, the problem is when my kid ask you to just put sprinkles on his ice cream you charge me extra two dollars for this plus the girl have attitude like she’s paying for my food its really bad experience

seriously choco , 4 pieces of fruit shaped dessert cake cost me $ 65 its really the cost of diner or lunch meal for two people 🤷‍♀️
Me and my friend went to try the new fruit shaped dessert and we were shocked with the price it was ok but not really worth the price. im not going back there i mean i can afford it but not going anymore

Horribly overpriced for what you get. Our tiny hot chocolates were $7 a piece, barely warm and nothing special. A piece of cake is $10 and those tiny fruit desserts you see on TikTok are $16 a piece. The owner’s margins must be insane. Will not be back and I advise others to do the same to avoid this price gouging.

I stopped by Choco Mania for a drink, and it was delicious! It had the perfect balance of matcha flavor — rich, smooth, and not too sweet. The presentation was really nice, and the staff were friendly and quick with service.

Took my kids here to try the fruit pastries, they were not disappointed! Between all of us (6 total) we all got something different and shared. Everything we had was delicious. One of my daughters got the mango pastry, and I don't even like mango but it was delicious. I got the Rafaello cake, which was so creamy and not too sweet. The baklava was amazing, the ice cream tasted exactly like the flavors and were so pretty. We all ended up getting another treat to go and they were just as delicious later. We had the lemon, raspberry, strawberry, and mango pastry, and they were all delicious.

I visited this spot after seeing some great reviews and was excited to try their desserts. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite live up to the hype. When I walked in, the atmosphere felt a bit off — the staff just seemed down or uninterested, which didn’t create the most welcoming vibe.

I ordered the tiramisu and the Dubai chocolate, and was shocked when the bill came out to around $32. That felt pretty steep for just two desserts. The tiramisu was a letdown — it tasted bland and lacked the rich flavor I was expecting. On the bright side, the Dubai chocolate was delicious and definitely the highlight of my visit.

Overall, I will not return, especially at that price point. Hopefully, they improve the atmosphere and consistency of their desserts and prices going forward.

Save your $ and go to farhatt down the road. Mediocre desserts for premium prices. Desserts are hit or miss with freshness.
Service is terrible. Found a dead fly in the biscoff dessert and was told no refunds and “all sales are final.” No apology from the manager or staff.
They said it has never happened before.

Accidents happen, but the disrespect from the manager and staff is so inappropriate. The manger laughed in my face as I showed the bug on my dessert.

There are multiple reviews mentioning the lack of customer service and lack of quality. I liked chocomania when they first opened, however, they have been a victim of their greed. They are overcharging and under delivering. The desserts are no longer what they used to be. There are much better bakeries and establishments to spend your money. Chocomania has not responded to any review on google - shows their lack of customer service.

I could make better desserts with a bag of chocolate chips, salmon, frozen fruit, and vanilla ice cream.
Stay away!

genuinely some of the rudest workers ever. They have the worst attitude to almost every customer. Every time i have been in the store they have been completely rude and dismissive, and i have visited at least 8 times. They also are charging 23$ for a cup of strawberries which is ridiculous. On one ocassion i paid 5$ more for some extra of the pistachio stuff. The workers gave me the same amount that i recieved every other time i had ordered the cup. When i asked them about it they just basically told me that im wrong. The picture they advertised does not match the description at all. And one time my strawberries had mold.

I set my things down (jacket, etc) and got in line. I spent over $60 for two people and was in line for about 5 minutes. When I came back to my table my things were gone, staff informed me they had thrown them in the trash. When I said how that disappointed me they argued and said “it’s not my fault, I went outside and asked if it belonged to anyone.” I was in line, why would I be outside? They told me I could fish my things out of the trash if I wanted them back, they made zero attempt to correct their mistake. The place was also packed with unsupervised children after 9pm at night.
