That’s first time for me at this place I like it I like the place the food is OK but the only problem is the price is too expensive for one piece of ice cream $15 another piece of cake $13 and the cheapest one is about $10 for piece. I ordered six piece for $75 so this is a lot for just dessert if you compare with the similar places.

I got the raspberry peach then the cheesecakes the biscoff and kanafa and nothing disappointed. The raspberry was so dreamy sweet cool and tart creamy soft with a lil crunch perfect. Peach was awesome however do wish it was a bit bigger for the price point maybe same scale size as the raspberry. The cheesecake is dense and creamy honestly might come back just for a cheesecake. They also have ice cream, dirty sodas, tons of unique flavored macaroons, crepes, etc really is a cute cafe wish they took a bit more time with the decor it's a more narrow space but some off the side signage of the menu so we're not all huddled. Some softer lighting really give a cafe vibe Right now it gives off viral product shop. Love it nonetheless will be back!

I was so excited to try the new fruit cakes from TikTok when I walked in it was really crowded. When I got two for me and my daughter the price was 30 bucks for two small bites. Don't waste your money. After I took the first bite all I got was whipped cream in my face and barely any cake. After the second bite my face was full of sour jam. It disgusted me. I felt nauseous and left. Not worth the price at all please avoid going

I went there thinking I’d get a few “popular” things to try but ended up leaving with only one of them because they were all around $25 each. (Dubai strawberry cup, chilled mango, Lavashak) Way too overpriced! Not worth it.

Did not taste good, rude service, and got way over charged. For the items I got my total should have been $65 and ended up being $93. I have the worst anxiety so I didn’t say anything and I wish I would have. Plus the girl at the counter was very rude and snappy. Go somewhere else that’s actually worth it.

Very overrated I went for there thinking all Dubai strawberries were the same & not only is it overpriced their service is horrible & the items seem so manufactured the quality is not there. Try Paris Pastry they have way better options and half the price!

I recently visited your establishment and spent over $130 on my order. Unfortunately, despite the total, my Dubai Chocolate Cup was not included—even though it was written down during the ordering process. I also requested a bag and was given a basic one, while I noticed others receiving the signature blue bags.
Additionally, the staff member who took our order was quite rude, which made the experience less enjoyable. We drove an hour and a half specifically to try your offerings, so it was disappointing to encounter these issues.
I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration to improve the customer experience moving forward.
