Clean, and a lot of things for younger kids to do.
I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER give this place another penny EVER. In the past I booked a party here and it was great, the host was very attentive and actually helped out with the party! This time was just terrible and it caught me off guard! I just did a party for my child here and I must say the vibes were completely off. Our host did the bare minimum for our table and she wasn’t attentive at all and this actually led to poor communication that made my experience even worse. I feel like a fool for paying over $300 for bad attitudes and crappy customer service. You’re better off throwing a party in your basement and saving your money than going to Chuckie Cheese they truly don’t care and the host I had was awful when I tell you she just wanted the evening to be over it was very obvious, she didn’t stop at our table to help clear the plates either as they piled up, she didn’t check on us and gave poor instructions when it came time to sing Happy Birthday, it was a mess! Basically she acted like she wanted us to do everything by ourselves clearly. What’s the point in having a host if they’re trying avoid truly assisting your table?? All I could do was stay calm and refrain from losing my temper because that’s how frustrated I was and I didn’t want to make a scene on my child’s birthday or in front of my family. They really don’t want to even be there you can tell their employees hate their jobs. Absolute trash, and the thing is all it takes a lazy moody nonchalant employee to throw off the entire party and make customers not want to come back ever again. I will never return I might as well set my money on fire if I go back. I would never recommend this place. I’d give a -20/5 if I could because giving this place one star is still too high!

Way over booked! Barely walking space. Elbow to elbow with strangers. Young, unexperienced, not very professional staff for the most part. The young girl at the front door looked like she was going to cry. Management was pleasant and professional, but definitely need to strengthen their non smiling staff. I doubt I have to tell anyone reading this that the entire menu is overpriced. Especially for the portions. My gluten-free pizza was delicious, but $12.49 for a microwave sized pizza is nuts. Definitely do not go there hungry. You'll leave broke and still hungry.

I usually don’t complain. I work in customer service. I waited 10 minutes saw 2 employees, first one paid me no mind , 2nd one gave me her pointer finger.. as to tell me to wait longer. By the time I was acknowledged with a “can I help you?” I said “no thanks” and walked out . I walked in prior because they wouldn’t accommodate same day reservations.. and were quite rude to my best friend. Now we both agree with our 5 children NEVER AGAIN. Going to give another place a shot. Customer service is so important. Just being kind and welcoming makes a world of difference.

It is definitely clean and the food was good. However, If you were looking to get a bang for your buck, don’t go here. For $30 In game credits, we ended up with about 500 tickets because each of the games doesn’t pay out very many tickets at a time even if you do really well. We go to a lot of our arcades, So we do have something to compare it to. Even if you do get a lot of tickets, the prize wall is extremely steep. With about 500 tickets, we ended up with a dog finger, puppet, a small Chuck E. Cheese whistle And a cheap little ball clacker thing .
Also, if you’re looking for a place for your kids to run and jump around the tunnels that they used to have are gone. They now have a gated in trampoline that you have to pay An additional $12 for. And it’s right in every kids’ face, so they can constantly asked to play on it and you have to explain that it’s not included or you have to pay extra. $12 is pretty steep to jump on a small trampoline When you can go to a play place for the same price and have to climb on things to jump on and slides. I would never go here again.

We hosted our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at this location. The staff was unprofessional, unfriendly and virtually zero help. Our “party host” was useless and literally answered our questions with “I don’t know”. We paid for the “mega fun” package for 16 kids and we never got things supposedly included in our package including gift bags for each child and a personalized tote bag for the birthday girl. Also our daughter should have been free per the package details but she was still included in the final bill. They put our party right next to another birthday party and we were basically on top of each other the whole time. We also had to share our Chuck E. performance time with this other group. All this place does is nickel-and-dime you to death. It is not worth the money to host a birthday party here, especially the Sterling Heights location. Don’t waste your time or money.
