We hosted a birthday party for my son on a Friday evening (3/29) and it was the best experience! The party rep and the general manger went above and beyond to make it a special day! The facility was clean, the food was great, and our hostess was helpful and organized! Our guests had a blast, and the birthday boy said it was his best birthday yet! Thank you to the wonderful staff at Lakeside!

I rarely review places but this Chuck E Cheese is hands down the best. We frequented this location in the summer of 2023 and always had a good experience. We decided to book our daughters 6th bday party here. Our hostess Paige and manager Ashley were amazing. As a mom it was so nice to just sit back and enjoy the party. I literally did nothing (it was so nice). All the kids had a great time, this location is exceptionally clean, and the games are plentiful even if they are busy. All of my daughters friends mother commented how “clean” the location was! I will likely book many more years of parties here!!

Went there Feb 18th with one child, pizza was good. Kid 8 years old had a blast. Clean restroom. Good time, friendly staff. Different than my last visit 15 years ago.
The animatronics are gone. The place is no longer fun. I went saw the animal chunks were gone I cried. I will never come back to your place. Those animatronics were my family to me. They were the best things that existed. Why ruin it?

Kids love an occasional surprise visit to ChuckE. Plenty of things to keep them busy.Kid-friendliness: Too many kids running about and hard to keep an eye on them when you are there with more than one. It helps me relax and let them play, knowing they cant run out the door, on thier own or with someone else. Because we all get a matching stamp on our hands upon arrival.

Pro tip: You can save alot of money by using a single "unlimited play" card for multiple kids. Great value if you've got a couple kids or more! Anyways, the kids always have a blast, especially when Chuck the mouse walks over in the big ol' costume.

1/11/24 So I wanna start off with saying that our party host Zack was awesome! He helped us and was on point with everything. He was very kind and great with the kids. Great attitude and service. for how expensive this place is, and how the two hours flys by and you don’t get to play that much..I have to say the kids did have a blast. They don’t do pitchers of soda anymore and you have to pay over 3$ a cup for each adult guest in your party. You can’t bring your own drinks for the party, so these are some reasons I think it’s not worth it. I think with how much money this place makes they could do the damn pitchers of soda again and stop using the covid excuse as a reason to why they don’t, that’s an absolute cop out. Anyways, the party was good, my daughter is 3 and she had a blast and I’d be lying if I said even as a grown adult I didn’t have fun playing the games in the arcade.
