Ordered online and the food was ready when expected. Once I paid, I looked at the receipt and saw a $2+ technology fee. I asked what that was and they indicated every credit or debit card purchase is subject to this fee. I said, I could swear I didn't see that on the website, menu, etc. He pointed to this placard the size of a napkin next to the register and said, oh it's right here. Having a surcharge notice written in an inconspicuous way isn't best practice in my opinion. Got the food home, pizza was filled with grease and the breadsticks had no flavor. We use to frequent here but I don't think that's going to be the case moving forward.

The staff treats the Grubhub drivers like trash. If you want your pizza delivered go somewhere else. As a Grubhub driver I refuse to take an offer from Clover pizza.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!!! Especially a shout out to Ben (i think from the receipt) who was extremelyyyy patient on the phone for a very confusing phone order and accommodated all of our requests who still greeted us with a smile and kindness when we picked up our pizza! They are the best!!! :)

We just ordered two large square pizzas that are so thin it's unbelievable. I'm feeding two grown men not children. Watching the Lions game. And we're absolutely disappointed I can't tell you! Never ordering from here again.
Pizza was gross. Looked like it was sitting out all day, immediately after delivery. No wat it was a freshly made pizza. 🤮

Terrible customer service a “manager” hung up on me & chuckled when I advised I would be contacting corporate to share my experience. We waited over an hour for pizza delivery & when the pizza arrived it was barely warm don’t patronize this Sterling Heights location, save yourself the headache & hassle of 1 hour & 14 minutes waiting for pizza
