Ordered online and the food was ready when expected. Once I paid, I looked at the receipt and saw a $2+ technology fee. I asked what that was and they indicated every credit or debit card purchase is subject to this fee. I said, I could swear I didn't see that on the website, menu, etc. He pointed to this placard the size of a napkin next to the register and said, oh it's right here. Having a surcharge notice written in an inconspicuous way isn't best practice...

Absolutely wonderful customer service!!! Especially a shout out to Ben (i think from the receipt) who was extremelyyyy patient on the phone for a very confusing phone order and accommodated all of our requests who still greeted us with a smile and kindness when we picked up our pizza! They are the best!!! :)

I didn't rate the atmosphere because it's a pick-up lobby at a pizza place. Never seem to get butter garlic flavored crust even though I ask for it, and as for service, I gave 3 stars because it always seems like the person at the register doesn't know where my pizza order is located. Still the pizza is really good, and the cheesecake is awesome!!
