Omg if I can give 0 stars I would but the new coco lava owners have absolutely no respect I miss the old ones coco lava was the place I would always get dessert at and now I’d never order from them again there dessert tastes horrible absolutely disgusting but Casper has the best food and best customer service I think the owners name is yaser yes omg the sweetest guy and there food is so well done but no coco lava is not it.

Ordered a bubble waffle, 1 rolled ice cream, and 3 waters for dine in, the waiter took our order 15 minutes after we sat down… Never gave us our waters?? And it took them 45 minutes to give us our dessert.. Mind you we got there at 8:50 PM, we didn’t get our dessert until 9:45 PM… For 1 bubble waffle, 1 rolled ice cream & 3 waters that we never even got.. And they were not busy at all.. Also the waiter never came up to us again after she took our order..

Absolutely terrible staff is more then customers. Insane to have to wait 30+ for 1 crepe to have bare minimum of Nutella or white choclate drizzled on it. Ice cream looks like it melted and was refreezed. Save your self headache and go next door to Papa Kanafa.

Really loved the service. I was skeptical with lack of reviews, but the place is huge, busy and super friendly staff. We went late night for dessert and had really nice crepes and tea. Highly recommend it! It's joined with a savory restaurant (Casper) so you can get both!

Ordered an apple juice for a toddler, they serve some kind of fountain drink with ice and charged $8.99 and for a double Turkish coffee $8.00 . Casper prices were ok but coco lava way over priced for no reason.
