Usually I absolutely love this place… but $25 for two of these and one of them is barely 3/4 of the way filled… I got home and literally wanted to cry because I was so looking forward to having this. Especially if they felt the weight difference before we paid and I left a tip… dude what?!? Yeah anyways I’m gonna go cry now

I pay 15:23 for a nasty ice that don't even look like 3 scoops of the two ice that I got it was so nasty I didn't want vanilla flavor I wanted Oreo and cookie dough I didn't even get the dough part and I didn't even get the Oreo flavor I had to throw it away because how nasty it was

I ask for Oreo and cookie dough and when i seem what she was doing the ice cream was already melting and I didn't see no Oreo or cookie dough and it usually when you go to ColdStorm they usually give you a scoop of three not smash 3 and it didn't even taste like Oreo or cookie dough just take it straight like vanilla flavor ice cream and I threw it away

Im only giving them 1 star because I have to. This place constantly closes before they are supposed to. Was happening a lot last year and to no surprise looks like it’s happening again. My husband just pulled up to get ice cream 25 minutes before 9PM and called me to tell me they are once again closed.

Went there around 2pm on a Saturday and they had the doors locked with a small piece of paper that someone would be back soon. Good way to lose business. Only gave 2 stars cuz normally they’re ok.

I ordered 1 scoop of ice cream in a cup. I paid $5.29. The "scoop" was full of air and was a complete rip off.! Never again.

Set expectations very low at this location. Ordered a double pint (‘Ours’ size 32oz) of the German chocolate cake signature (pecans, caramel, coconut, brownie) with coffee ice cream. A double pint got one spoon of pecans and a drizzle of caramel, no coconut and no brownie. For $14 ($11.99 + $2 tip) one would expect better service/product. Will be taking my business to the John R location in the future.

Unfortunately, this location has gone down the drain.. We order the Everybody’s for the family and only two scoops of the mix ins. It’s never fully packed and never enough toppings for the mix ins. Will not return.

I ordered the cheesecake ice cream with sprinkles and marshmallows. For starters, the ice cream tasted sour…. To top it all of, I barely received any marshmallows. I expect more than three measly marshmallows when I’m paying $0.95 per topping. Never going back to this location even if I was starving.

I was very disappointed ,server did not wash hands before preparing my ice cream,the brownie was stale and bits of what I suspected of coconut was in my founder’s favorite . I tossed a lot of the contents because it was not fresh and lacked the caramel & pecans that I expected for that flavor .

I just pulled up to this location 20 minutes before close and the guy sitting on the counter motions that they’re closed. That’s absolutely ridiculous to turn away customers 20 minutes before it closes. They were just being lazy. Won’t be back.

Did not receive my full order and it seemed like they could not get it together to deliver the rest of my order. I ended up having to cancel it. The manager on duty did not have the authority to send out the rest of my order nor was thei communication between him and his boss effective enough to let me know what was happening with the order. I ordered through their online service and not through DoorDash or anyone else. Beware

I went in to a line of customers waited my turn and when it became my turn all 3 employees on the shift ignored me with my companion for up too 5-7 mins after clearing the line ahead of us. Each one walked pass with not so much as a greeting. They did not acknowledge us until my partner rang the bell when arriving to the register the cashier huffed and puffed with an attitude. The couple behind us got service almost immediately after walking up to the counter. I don’t want to refer to race but it seems that there was a problem there. I would recommend more training for those employees because the customer service was terrible.
