Culver's HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN LOL...they are slowly creeping into Chic Fa La territory in terms of service at least with the location I frequent. (I have heard of some other location they may not acknowledge lol but THIS location is as professional as they come.
We love the food here, the people are nice but the person taking orders sounds sing-song happy and jolly on the speaker but then you pull up and it's the same person but there is poor eye contact, shortness on special requests,haphazardly handing things out the window without making sure I have a hold of it before letting go. They often forget to give the receipt upon payment making the drive back for missing carry out items hard to account for. All fast food should use clear plastic bags then you could see what you have.

I ordered the fish dinner, and I was informed a drink would be extra. The dinner costs $15, and the drink should be included. The employee called me "boss," which I hate. The fish portion was small and greasy, and I thought it was a "kids meal," at first. The fries were lukewarm, and the 2" bun is a joke. I completed the form that was requested, but nobody contacted me. I assume, they just don't care.

Went to Culvers for the very first time yesterday. After looking at the large menu sign, and figuring out what I wanted, I ordered. Wish there was a simpler menu to work with, other than having to piece your meal together. I got the single hamburger with bacon, small fries and a medium drink, all for $10.17. The food came within minutes, and was very taste. A side note - I paid with all $2 bills, so that took a short time for 3 people handling the bills to figure they were ok :-)
