The lady who is currently employed here, is a Caucasian woman with really short blond hair. She dresses tomboyish, she is extremely rude and disrespectful to Chrysler employees she tries to intimidate and provoke altercations with paying customers, do yourself a favor and do not support this Dairy Queen.

Stood in there 10 minutes nobody ever came out the beck of either restaurant so I called the phone number and it just rung. These people are so unprofessional lazy and rude I have no clue why we even have these restaurants in this plant I’ll never spend my money there again

Take your service off Google Maps! Misleading information drove all the way couldn’t get my order

They are always fast ,really nice and clean

Google maps will take you to the Chrysler plant an you will waste your time

Why did Google take me to a factory? There's no dairy Queen here. If it is, it's inside the factory..is this some kind of willy wonka type of dairy Queen? Boo now I have no ice cream

. the lady was very nice and patient. Only problem i gave is the bizzard i got just wasnt it, the strawberries tasted moldly and sour and the icr cream tasted odd. Like old milk or something

Ordered through Mobile app and no where did it mention location was restricted access. Tried calling to cancel order and no one answered, all 6-7 times. Just rang 60-90sec and hung up. Now I'm stuck having to wait on hold for bank to try and dispute the charge. Worst DQ experience EVER.

Garbage asz employees. I thought it was fast food for the assembly plant!!! Instead you waiting 20-30 mins for people who forget everything. It's 6/1/2023 @10:58 am order ID AAAS6LKAACB6 #78. After taking my order girl # 1 calcasian girl said there was no more bananas they all went bad for my bananasplit i orderd. So she made me a Brookie instead. I ordered Double bacon cheeseburger meal with queso cheese on side girl #2 African American girl for gets everything about my order after being told 3 times. I Asked for no tomato extra pickles she hands me food and i ask her again. she tells me she for got extra pickles, After she hands me pickles she asked if I needed anything else I asked where is my queso cheese she tells me she for got. She walks back while I'm watching her 5 mins later she tells me she for got to give me my queso again. I don't know if #2 is high or Incompetent but she brought me queso. I tell her the Caucasian girl also forgot my drink she makes a fuss. I go to sit down to eat and by this time everything is cold even the cheese she just handed to me from possibly the fridge smh GARBAGE!

Ordered online without knowing it’s NOT open to the public, they took my money and wouldn’t answer the phone to refund my money.

Why would it not be put in the details that this is NOT open to the public?! So stupid…

Terrible service, lazy workers an when you get ready to place a order they put sum stoopid look on their face as if they’re so tired of being at work. Plz fire the associate that was on shift at Dairy Queen Thursday March 30, 2023
