Garbage asz employees. I thought it was fast food for the assembly plant!!! Instead you waiting 20-30 mins for people who forget everything. It's 6/1/2023 @10:58 am order ID AAAS6LKAACB6 #78. After taking my order girl # 1 calcasian girl said there was no more bananas they all went bad for my bananasplit i orderd. So she made me a Brookie instead. I ordered Double bacon cheeseburger meal with queso cheese on side girl #2 African American girl for gets everything about my order after being told 3 times. I Asked for no tomato extra pickles she hands me food and i ask her again. she tells me she for got extra pickles, After she hands me pickles she asked if I needed anything else I asked where is my queso cheese she tells me she for got. She walks back while I'm watching her 5 mins later she tells me she for got to give me my queso again. I don't know if #2 is high or Incompetent but she brought me queso. I tell her the Caucasian girl also forgot my drink she makes a fuss. I go to sit down to eat and by this time everything is cold even the cheese she just handed to me from possibly the fridge smh GARBAGE!

Worst service ever! Serves cold food, and staff gets smart with you when you ask about your order. Very rude for no reason. Smallest chicken strips I've ever seen in my life and they were cold

The line was out the door. It’s hot and everyone is sweating. I placed my order 15 mins before and it came out hot after a little while. This lady made this burger so well. I know it can’t always look like this but when I get her name I’m putting it in this review!

Franchisee either doesn't know or doesn't care how poorly these restaurants are ran, I've had everything from employees quitting mid order, to random closures, out of simple products, and old stale foodCalled to complain, emailed, etc nothing is ever done about it.

I waited 30 mins for a 4piece chicken tender today, ordered at 5:23 & didn't get my food until 5:58!! Pink haired woman is extremely rude and unprofessional, she got mad and threw my sauce on the counter because I asked for ranch & she gave me honey mustard! Service sucks!!!!

Place is always sold out of or doesn't even carry what is advertised on their menu board. Service is lacking and down right poor the largest part of the time. Just because this store is isolated within a secured automobile assembly plant, doesn't mean this DQ has got to be so lousy!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Employees handing food out at drive thru window and other employees i saw did not have their masks over their noses. Covid is spread just as easily from nose as from mouth. This is a disrespectful/dangerous way to operate a business during a pandemic that isn't improving because of this lackadaisical and disregard to other employees and customers safety. Shame on the management for not making sure all employees are adhering to safe mask wearing. I will not return here even after the pandemic is over. I was scared to eat my exposed/open ice cream cone.
