Odered only a Western sandwhich and was charged a little over $17. I questioned the price and the store manager verfied it on the cash register. The manager agreed it was a steep price for only a sandwich so she at least included a pop.

It smelled good outside and the store looked clean through the window unlike the other location on Hall Rd that smells like dirty mop water when you walk in. The problem, the door was locked at 11:30am and the sign says they open at 11:00am, not to mention the open sign was lit up. Then someone from behind the counter looks at the door and eventually decides to head towards the door at a snails pace but by that time it was time for me to move on because of the limited time I have for lunch. The food is good and I have high hopes for this location, but not today.

Ordered online last weekend to be picked up at 6:30pm. When we tried to pick up the food, they said it needed to be prepared and would take 35-40 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, they said it would take another 20-30 minutes. We took the food that was ready at 8:00pm and haven't been refunded for the other food. Three phone calls to the store and still no refund.

Got take out and they forgot the pickles...and the salad. Portions were small and price was too high for what turned out to be very dry meat. The side tasted good but was only about 3 bites of food... I will not return there are other barbecue joints out there that do it better.....I went to your web site and Fill out your generic form And I haven't heard anything back yet..

Jenna (the girl with awesome red hair) made my experience so good. We forgot out buns and she ran outside to give them to us! So funny and polite she just put a smile on my face! Food is awesome too! Get there early the run out of ribs because they are so so good! Thank you

Ordered food online tonight & paid through PayPal & INCLUDING TIP. Gave 45 min leeway. When husband arrived to pick up, Gentleman said they did not have order. Would not even look at the receipt. Husband called me to confirm I ordered from correct location, which I had. Sales clerk wanted me to resubmit order. I said no, because it already went through from my checking account. I forwarded both email confirmation from Dickie’s & from PayPal. Somehow / finally after 3 times my husband trying to resolve the problem & between phone calls & forwarding emails they found the order. Eventually he “sort of” apologized & offered free drinks but I must say…VERY POOR SERVICE. We won’t be ordering again.

Tried a meal for 1st time. Potatoe salad was delicious, but the chicken & Mac & cheese was terrible. Luke-warm & not tasty.

Ordered for delivery through Grubhub- ordered two pulled pork sandwiches with a medium side of coleslaw. Both sandwiches came without pickles and onions, which were requested in the order to be included on the sandwiches. "Medium" coleslaw (which was nearly $9) was actually an individual portion, for maybe a toddler. Legitimately two spoonfuls. No napkins or silverware in the bag. Pork was dry and flavorless. Extremely disappointing experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Pictured is the "medium coleslaw" compared to their very small container that the bbq sauce comes in. Keep in mind the size coleslaw I ordered and paid for, costs as much as a sandwich.
