No wonder there are so many bad reviews!! Save yourself and go to Tim Hortons down the street! This Dunkin has no selection and everything is stale. The guy working is rude and slow. He said they just don't make most of the items on the menu. No good qualities about this location at all. Why Dunkin allows their name on this place is a mystery.

Line was super long. Ordered ahead on mobile app and still wasn’t ready. Handed me my coffee, and then forgot my food and just stared at me in the window and had to go make my food. The food was brutally burnt. The employees seemed very disfunctional and disrespectful towards eachother.

These dudes just stand there giving side eye. I put more effort in this review than they do in serving coffee.

Got Overcharged for Almond Milk BEWARE
I ordered a drink with almond milk, which the Dunkin’ app shows as free, just like whole milk. But the cashier added a $1 charge without explanation. When I questioned it, he got defensive and finally admitted it was for the almond milk. Even after I told him Dunkin’ doesn’t charge for plant-based milk anymore, he refused to remove it. Terrible customer service. Check your receipts, this location clearly doesn’t care about being honest.
