I’m a loyal customer, I’m here everyday sometimes 2 times a day. Went to get me and mother a coffee only for them not to have glaze donuts, so I asked about munchkins and he said yes let me get those. Pulled off got home the donut holes were old tasting and they forgot my donut.. so I had to go back to get my donut. Got back home and had to add sugar to my coffee, took the top off and it was something white floating in my cup!!! By now I’m fuming called back up there and the only solution they had was come back in the morning ??not the response I was looking forward too… So just wanted to let you guys know to check your coffee ? moving forward…

Up on arriving at the dunkin' donuts I wanted to order some food but I had to use the restroom and as a customer I am a strong believer in if you do not offer an adequate bathroom for your gas I will not support your establishment so no I did not order because they did not have a bathroom for their customers when they have adequate seating this is not a take-out dunkin' donuts that is unacceptable! Travel a mile down the road to the other

They won’t start making your mobile order until you walk in. The whole point is that it’s ready when you get there, but even when they’re not busy you have to tell them your name and THEN they’ll start making it.
This is my favorite location. The team members are always So friendly, the food is always perfect and the service is so fast. I seriously tell other people about the workers here because it is so rare to come across an entirely friendly/happy team every time you go somewhere.
Somewhere, there a guy with 100s of signs that just say "Donuts". You know .cuz they changed their name....never mind...
