I think my biggest criticism of the atmosphere is very much related to the service and the people that we're helping us. I do not completely fault them as there was only one person running the whole shop on a Thursday. Evening, when cars were constantly coming in through the drive through to get coffee and other items, there were customers inside of the store. But then we showed up with a large group of kids and we felt like we were sidelined because of the size of our group. There were a couple of people that were let through ahead of us without even acknowledging that we have been there for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, there were a couple of other things that really rupped us off the wrong way again. This is no criticism to the person who was there by themselves that day. Maybe more so to the management that would staff a place with only one person and no contingency plans. In our case, the first thing that happened, that really was surprising. And a little annoying was when we asked for water, the guy said it would be charged for each one at the rate of a dollar. However, when he was trying to pour my coffee. He put 2 cups inside of each other. Wasting a cup for me not to burn my hand I guess the other thing that was even more alarming was the fact that they do advertise their ice cream cookie as one that is either available or one that you can customize. So when we actually went to him to ask for a customized cookie, just to make it easier to feed 811-year-old boys, instead of him making customized scoops for each one. Huey was very defensive and said that he's running the whole shop by himself. This is something that he doesn't know how to do very quickly, and it will take him some time. He needs to go find the crust and he will not be able to do this for us. It was a little off-putting, especially that we were willing to wait a little bit, and the worst part was that, you know, when I asked him, like, all right. So what's the solution? He's like? Oh, maybe you should go somewhere else. And when I heard that I was obviously with the straw but I still did not want to ruin our experience. And we ended up just going with regular. Ice cream cones and then leaving. I would be more than happy to change my reviews if I ever go visit again. But it's worth noting those issues. So that management can hopefully improve the quality of their service. And insure that they are providing the best quality service and they're not losing customers for these silly reasons. Thank you.

I’ve been to this place more than 10 times in the past three months, and I can guaranteed say that maybe I’ve been once satisfied with my order. I always go here for an iced caramel latte, but EACH TIME IS DIFFERENT. The coffee just tastes bitter like absolute hell. Sometimes its way to sweet, sometimes its very bitter and it’s never suble and perfect balance. I hope they do something about it .

Terrible location. It’s like you order one thing and they just hand you whatever they feel like making lmao. I don’t know if they have recipes they’re supposed to follow or not but either way, they’re not following them.
It doesn’t seem like they read the negative reviews anyways because they’ve been here since before most of us were born and will continue to stay until the end of time because we’re all good little piggies who just consume this garbage and are content with the mediocre trash they hand us and charge $10 for, so they have no reason or need to change their ways.
Guaranteed to get your order wrong each time. I’ve given this location many chances but for some reason they just can’t follow a drink order, it’s like all the right ingredients are there but the drink is an abomination. If the owners are reading this, take all the one star reviews and make some changes because people want good Dunkin

Ordered a cake for our son on 9/23 for pickup 9/26. When we arrived there was no cake the employees walked around for twenty minutes calling their manager about the cake obviously there was no cake ready that was never said. They did not offer to make the cake the only offered to give us the outdated freezer burned cakes they had already made. The bathrooms were disgusting the workers all had long gross nails and two of the employees had sandals on. All around bad experience I get mistakes happen but don’t act like you can’t understand me when I clearly just want a refund and not some old premade cake

I come through here probably about once or twice a week. Today I got 2 Coffees, both of them seemed to have perfume or lotion or something Inside them. Completely undeniable.
I tried calling the store, their phone number doesn't work. Will try to get a refund tomorrow, doubt they will understand the issue though....
