I come through here probably about once or twice a week. Today I got 2 Coffees, both of them seemed to have perfume or lotion or something Inside them. Completely undeniable. I tried calling the store, their phone number doesn't work. Will try to get a refund tomorrow, doubt they will understand the issue though....

I’ve recently started coming to this dunkin after being a Starbucks customer for years. I will continue to come to this location because I am so impressed. All of the ladies that work the morning shift are always so pleasant. They are quick, nice, and communicative! Good job ladies!

Tried a new drink, the peppermint mocha latte, I bought two for myself and my partner, both were just black coffee, whipped cream and toppings but just a black coffee, i got a cappuccino blast and it wasnt full it was below both the lid and the line in the cup with a bunch of whipped cream like 25% whipped cream and 75% drink, and not to mention that ive never seen anyone of a different ethnicity in there, like are they hiring only people they know or family?

Normally this location is fine, it's been a while since I've gone to this one but my app wasn't working for the dunkin on Van Dyke, I mobile ordered ahead around 6:35 for 1 drink and a donut. Note I left the house for work 10 minutes EARLY so surely I'd have enough time right? We'll I get there at 6:39 (Note our clock at work is 10 minutes fast so I have to clock in by 6:50) and there's only 2 cars in front of me. They only have ONE worker running the entire shop and when I pulled up to the window, he hadn't even STARTED MY ORDER THAT I PLACED 10 MINUTES PRIOR. I can't really put all the blame on the worker cause again, he is the ONLY person running the shop but the lack of employees caused me to end up being late to work WHEN I LEFT 10 MINUTES EARLY today and wouldn't be suprised if it caused others to be late too.

Terrible at their job I wanted a refund bc I was trying to use a coupon on my phone and the lady scanned it and didn’t tell me my price or if the coupon went through and proceeded to ask for the money and after I payed I seen it was more than it should’ve been and when we questioned her about it she said it doesn’t work on the coffee I got but I did it yesterday and it worked with no problem and she lied to her coworker saying that I payed before giving her the coupon which was wrong and then I just asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t take the drink back and give us a refund but then we came inside asking for a refund and there was this lady inside that gave it to us no problem while the other people were just lying to us trying to scam us and not allow us to get our money back and then after the one person finally gave us a refund after waiting almost 20 mins the other guy that told us he couldn’t take the drink back asked for the drink back no surprise in that that has got to be the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to they always get orders wrong they don’t know how to cooperate with customers they don’t use gloves they touch all over the food it’s disgusting never coming back
