Terrible location. It’s like you order one thing and they just hand you whatever they feel like making lmao. I don’t know if they have recipes they’re supposed to follow or not but either way, they’re not following them.
It doesn’t seem like they read the negative reviews anyways because they’ve been here since before most of us were born and will continue to stay until the end of time because we’re all good little piggies who just consume this garbage and are content with the mediocre trash they hand us and charge $10 for, so they have no reason or need to change their ways.

Guaranteed to get your order wrong each time. I’ve given this location many chances but for some reason they just can’t follow a drink order, it’s like all the right ingredients are there but the drink is an abomination. Ordered a cake for our son on 9/23 for pickup 9/26. When we arrived there was no cake the employees walked around for twenty minutes calling their manager about the cake obviously there was no cake ready that was never said. They did not offer to make the cake the only offered to give us the outdated freezer burned cakes they had already made. The bathrooms were disgusting the workers all had long gross nails and two of the employees had sandals on. All around bad experience I get mistakes happen but don’t act like you can’t understand me when I clearly just want a refund and not some old premade cake

I come through here probably about once or twice a week. Today I got 2 Coffees, both of them seemed to have perfume or lotion or something Inside them. Completely undeniable. I tried calling the store, their phone number doesn't work. Will try to get a refund tomorrow, doubt they will understand the issue though....
