I’ve been coming here after a co-worker recommended the place to me. I’ve been going since, Adel is the nicest person I have ever met! So sweet and caring, I loved the meals! It was all delicious! Especially the turkey wrap!

Casual place with a “home-like” vibe. Sitting alcoves and a mix of high top and standard tables.
The food was great! Fresh and good sized portions. Many gluten free options including dessert. The brewed coffee was fresh and free refills. We will definitely be back.

I ordered the tuna wrap and the blooming berry smoothie. The food was fresh and tasty! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Hats off to Adel and the Eat Well Cafe! I will be back!

Parking: Tucked away in the back of the plaza which has a huge parking lot with plenty of room
