Great customer service and fresh food love this place I definitely recommend them.
I’ve been coming to this firehouse for quite some time now. (Around 3 years) I’m assuming they are under new management bc the last 4 times I’ve visited I’ve literally had some of the best tasting/clean presented subs I’ve ever tasted. Same guy has been making my subs the last few times. I don’t know his name but I’ll get it next time and give him a shout out. He deserves it!!
We had a small birthday party Sunday. Ordered over 40 sandwiches and salad. Service was exceptional and the food delicious. Everyone, including the children raved. Thank you for making our party special.
This was my first and last time eating Firehouse subs. I ordered online. They didn't have all of the toppings in, no big deal but my order was not even started. The sandwiches were not good. The wait time for online order was an additional 35 minutes from time provided in the app.
Food was OK, service sucked. If you plan on eating there allow about 90 minutes for a sub.
Horrible wait time. Good thing these guys aren't fire fighters or the fire would always win. Unfortunately, the response time at this location is slower than any other location and I have been to this location on multiple occasions. Workers are not time efficient at all. I highly recommend if you dont want to waste your day waiting for one meal then go somewhere else or at least a different location. This location is a joke
very slow service. never coming here again
Something about their club on a sub. I don’t ever choose club sandwich’s anywhere. But this one is addicting. Good brownies and cookies also.
I honestly don't know why ppl like this. Got a ham & cheese this sweet ham all I can tasty is sweetness and bread. The cheese is so thin I can see through it i thought it was paper in the middle. Geez you ppl have no idea how to make an actual sub
I was excited to try Firehouse for the first time until I walked in to pickup my online order and not one of the employees was wearing a mask. I stood there and watched as talked over my food with no mask during a pandemic! That was disappointing.

First time eating a Firehouse Sub. I had a Club sandwich. It was really tasty. I ate in the shop. It was clean and decorated really nice for Christmas. Fast and friendly service by Eric.
Great food great staff thank you for lunch today
I met the owner, she was very nice. She gave me information on how I can own a firehouse sub shop.
This place is unreliable and terrible service; they close super early (7PM), barely made it at 6:32 (on August 20th) and they sent me away saying they were closed already ... so I came back during lunch hours (on 24th) and now they are closed with sign on door saying because lack of staff? Loved the Firehouse subs, but not that much to be a repeat customer to this kind of service.
Any time I have ever came to this location it was always closed 30-45 minutes earlier than expected or closed due to lack of staff (08/24) and only taking online orders. I will not be coming back; these people cannot get their stuff together at all. No consistency.
