Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. 2 straight times ordering a New York steamer (FULLY INVOLVED!!!!) and both times they missed everything except the pastrami!! It’s as if they try to screw you every time you come in. I wouldn’t go there ever again. They should shut that place down and put a real sub shop in its place. A disgrace to firemen everywhere!!!!!
💥so my husband went into Firehouse Subs in Sterling Hgts, Mi. on Hall rd just west of Hayes.
Robert....he was told that he needed to of had a account with them in order to get 1 for Free. 😡
That he'd need to go online and place his order. Then when he was to go in to pickup he would need to show ad and his license in order to get the 1 for free.
NO WHERE IN THE AD DOES IT STATE THAT.

Ordered a club sub and there is literally no cheese or bacon on it. seriously? Not ordering from this location. A $11 sub garbage. Its just nasty with no cheese. Also no pickles. Horrible place
