I love their food but can no longer come here. Pick up time was 1:30. It is now 1:50 and I haven't received my food. When asked about my order I was told "you're going to have to wait." I am supposed to be at work!

Food was great but the cleanliness has really gone downhill since the original owners sold it. The ice in the fountain machine had chunks of mold. Disgusting.

We went to the Sterling heights location on Saturday ad was going to order on the app. They had a deal for two medium subs, two small fountain drinks and the choice between chips or a cookie. When I went to place and pay for my order they were trying to charge me double (30 dollars) so after trying multiple times fix it I went inside and showed the phone and explained the issue to the employee. He asked to see my phone and let him. He said yeah..this is the second time this has happened today. But he gave no solutions to the issues. With or without the app I think they should have honored the deal for that day

Had a door dash order for a medium hook and ladder no onions. Finally get it 30 minutes later with only meat and onions. Very disappointed in the lack of detail in orders.
Usually go here to support the local business owner, but I am going to have to rethink my options. This is the third time they have done this.
