dined on sunday 3/24. Hostess/owner dressed in a crop top/tight leggings. Not appropriate in a family diner.

Computer system was down and we were told cash or they could write down our credit card. This was a business meeting where I didn't have enough cash for 4 people. I have the credit card info. They gave me a handwritten bill with tax included and I added a tip and signed the slip and took a picture for my receipt. Very disappointed to see the charge hit for $2.76 more than I approved. The amount isn't a big deal, it is the lack of integrity. $72.06 hit my card, pictured is the receipt for $69.30.

Your food is great, but if you're too busy to get an order even close to correct then don't take more orders over the phone or online. A mistake here and there is one thing, but two out of three meals weren't even prepared close to how they were ordered and two sides were completely missing. At least there was a random extra meal to try to make up for the missing sides. Post I had to come back and edit the review to say thanks for the bonus eggshell in the omelette.

the service and food was great. i definitely would come again until the billing situation came up. the bill was around $82 and my payment method was card and tip $15 cash. i was charged around $92 dollars and the server never said anything to me about a fee. i talked to her after being charged already and she said they charged "3%" from the card company. 3% of $82 isn't $10. I told her that I was a server myself and this is unacceptable. there was no signs about dine in card fees but they have one in the front about automatic gratuity on to-gos? I left $5 cash and most likely won't be back.

The portions are large, but quality is only fair. The salads are just iceberg lettuce, tomato and onion. The blue cheese dressing is horrible. Most items appear to come from a can. I was extremely displeased with the policy of charging 3% additional for using my credit card. When we inquired about it, the girl at the counter said that it automatically does that when your ring it up using a credit card. I understand, that is because it is your business practice policy. Don't charge me for the convenience of using a credit card or I will not patronize your business. Also, if this is your policy, you should have it prominently posted somewhere.

I decided to patronize this restaurant that I had never visited before on my lunch break…since I only lived a mile away. I came in to order a chicken salad to go. The young lady that took my order was not friendly at all. She was very short with me and did not smile at all. My total was $13.78 and I gave her $14 and told her to keep the change.. she never thanked me. I waited about 15 minutes for my order, which was not an issue. When my order became ready she kinda just tossed it to me.. never said thank you or anything..so I said thank you, and she did not respond. I consider myself a kind person and highly believe in good customer service. But this service made me feel like not coming back. Although, the food was great, however, it does not supersede the customer service.

Family friendly ambience and the staffs are more friendly who took an extra care in meeting our expectations. They have wide range of options, especially for breakfast. Overall a nice place to dine in.Parking: No shortage in parking spaces.

The food was excellent! We will be back. I had the spinach pie and it was amazing. My husband had a wrap and he also loved his food. The service was less than friendly lol but I don't care because the food was that good.
