Frank's Chicken Deli & Pizza

Will have to agree with the other recent reviews. I’ve gone to this place for many years. I haven’t been in over a year. Under new ownership and the food isn’t the same. I have a large order booked in advance for my son’s birthday. That skin isn’t even edible. Fatty and everything was dry. Even the potatoes tasted like they sat out too long. I picked up on a Saturday at 2:30. The deli only had a few salads. One lady behind the counter that looked like the cashiers daughter. She seemed very unfamiliar with everything. I was really disappointed with the chicken. I have no plans on coming back.

You get up charged without any notice if you pay by card. They are ripping you off.

My grand daughter loves their fried chicken so as a treat I let her pick dinner and she asked for Franks. We were there before 5 and served held over chicken from lunch that was OVER COOKED and dried out. The girl kept asking the cook to drop fresh chicken and he kept telling her no! We ordered lemon meringue pie that was terrible the meringue was maybe 1/4 inch and wattery. The banana pudding was just not right. I honestly was so dissapointed ( mainly for my grand daughter) being served chicken saw dust. Granted I know food costs are high. But your not going to keep customers by ripping them off and serving over cooked and old food. We also got a chef salad that was very sparse. Sorry Franks we wont be returning. Food prices are to high to get barrly edible anything.

I have been a loyal Frank's Tender eater for many years, but I think I am done. Went 3/3/2025 for Tender Dinner. Portions were smaller, wedges and chicken just seemed off. Got hit with a new $.50 surcharge for using a CC. Came in 3/5 and ordered the same. Chicken was not even broasted tenders! It was Gordon's Food fried garbage. Not even palatable! Wedges were small & soggy. Then BBQ sauce spilled all over the inside of the container because lid was not secured. I heard that they changed owners recently, so I am not sure if it is a supply chain issues or new owners cutting costs! The ladies in the deli look unhappy now and the food went downhill.

Fried chicken was cold, and tasted as if it weren’t cooked today. The potato wedges were somehow worse than the chicken. Even though it’s just ten dollars you can spend ten dollars anywhere else for a better lunch. Extremely dissatisfied. Employees were unable to answer questions like “do you have roast beef sandwiches”

Amazing potato wedges, and fried chicken! For the price you really can’t beat the convenience and friendliness this store has to offer!

Great place to grab hot and fresh chicken on the go. I’ve been a customer at Frank’s for years, and I was a bit sad to see the past owners leave after so long, but I’m happy the new owner has kept the same style and environment as before. The chicken is always juicy and the employees are always friendly!

Franks has The Best Fried Chicken ? and there Chicken pasta salad is good. Best Services and Friendly staff

Been told to come here many times, I finally made it in and I was not disappointed! Amazing chicken and the bbq sauce is also ?? ? Friendly, thoughtful staff Definitely coming back soon
