I wasx next in line to be waited on, and the cashier looked straight at me and proceeded to feign the cashier next to her needed her assistance. The cashier she was assisting was waiting on customers without her assistance. I thought it was very rude of her to make me wait unnecessarily.I will never shop at this Honey Baked Ham store again.Parking: There is plenty of free parking.

The day before thanksgiving day I came in as usual for sliced breasts. They didnt have any! First year ever and i was so bummed. They explained they were understaffed, yet they were all still so kind running around to get everything done for customers. They gave me what they had, which I was so appreciative of! I was able to go to a nearby location for more. Happy holidays to you and your team!

Reserved an order for boneless half ham and when I showed up they said they didn't have any. Then one of the workers told me to just get the boned ham saying it was cheaper.. But that wasn't what I pre-ordered. Wouldn't let me leave my number so they could call me when boneless ham comes in. Just terrible customer service

Our family has been going to Honey Baked on Hayes for over 20 years . Unbelievable service and if for any reason you were not happy they honestly do their best to make it right . One time we got a ham that was very fatty . I give them 5 stars ! Keep up the good work !

Besides having amazing ham, the turkey breast (smoked or roasted) is absolutely delicious! The blueberry coffee cake and carrot cake is a must have as well. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.
