Houston TX Hot Chicken

I paid $14 for a small sandwich and a medium-sized of fries. The fries were too salty, and there was no drink included!!!

Food was ok, but I will not be returning to this restaurant again. While ordering the cashier misheard me on part of the order. Upon finding the mistake before my food was made instead of just correcting the mistake and moving on she instead opted to loudly condescend me in front of other guests. She then proceeded to mock and laugh at the mistake with the other employees in front of me just behind the counter. I get that mistakes happen, or mishearing what someone said during a long day can happen. The response to it though should never be what I received.

I have never had this low of service come from a restaurant before. I try to find new local places to eat at all the time, but this is a first.

If you're thinking of going here, I highly recommend against it. Find another hot chicken restaurant like Dave's Hot Chicken. It will not only taste better but they have much better customer service.

This was a happy surprise. Everything I tried was pretty good. Their house sauce is tasty on the sandwich and the fries. Will for sure be going back. It’s hard to find a solidly good hot chicken up here in the north, but this one is pretty dang close.

Fantastic chicken joint!! Much better than the competition in the area. They cook their chicken different here and it’s always tender and juicy. You don’t get that chewy stringy flavorless chicken here. Have come back 3 times in 2 weeks after my first visit. I’m not too adventurous on the spice so i stick with the medium. Sandwiches and chicken fingers are great!! House sauce is tasty too!! Highly recommend this place

10/10 not only was the chicken sandwich and tenders phenomenal but the customer service was amazing.

Gave my friend wrong spice and we got 2 milk shakes and both of them were all bad it gave me jaw pain drinking.

Not really impressed. I got lunch at Tuesday around 12:45. Got a classic sandwich (medium heat) with fries + small fountain drink, which cost $18. The sandwich was fine, but the chicken was lukewarm and not large enough to fill the bun. Fries were ok. The server seemed a bit annoyed and was blunt.

Bottom line, I have many options for a better lunch within 2 miles, and it's too expensive to bring my family.

Ordered two honey butter chicken sandwiches through Door Dash w/ fries and sauce on the side. Everything was fresh, delicious, and packaged perfectly. I would order from here again!! The frozen strawberry lemonade is also sweet and refreshing!
